A Sorkin character is one who does all the things that you hate when the enemy do it, but they're verbose and charismatic, and the show tells you they're actually just heroes who know when it's Okay to break the rules actually, so you cheer for them and call them the best written character of the decade.

This is a terrible scene and. Terrible representation of any office space. On top of that, we get to listen to douchebag chew salad, when we all know that is a folly artist going waaaaay overboard. That's not what anyone hears from across a desk. It's ridiculous to act like he is stomping through ten stacks of sticks when he is eating salad. Fuck this sound editor. Either of my autistic sisters could do a better job, probably ten fold.

How did Don go from one of the most hated characters to one of the best? Because of scenes like this. The only thing that would have made this better is if they did a scene with Sloan and the HR guy verbally jousting.
