That looks great! Just one small critique on the form. The most important part of the exercise isn’t the contraction, it’s the stretch or the negative, so controlling and really feeling the stretch is much more rewarding than letting the weight free fall. You might need to go down in weight just a little bit but don’t get discouraged from that. In a couple of weeks you will get the weight back as long as you are consistent. This is also true for every movement or muscle at the gym. Keep it up man!

I got the idea from watching CT fletcher. I want to be explosive, its like chain bench where it gets heavier at the top thats the point of the chains

Plus on preacher curls if you go kinda heavy you dont wanna overextend far down, thats how alot of guys get the bicep tears you see. But thanks man like&subscribe for more!

Nice I used to do these years ago when I first started bodybuilding, but once I started doing dips and triceps push Downs I stopped doing them

I quit doing skullcrushers for years because i would go to the forehead and up, all i would feel was elbow pain. I started watching videos on youtube and asking guys in the gym how to fix it. What helped me is setting my shoulders back and going behind the head and up with a roll. Also, getting the extra stretch at the bottom by going behind the head seems to hit my triceps way more.

Y'all got some wobbly weights. I bet you could prolly hit 4 reps if it were more stable.

Just seems counter productive, no control on eccentric or concentric, just swinging something heavy and using gravity and momentum. Just use a bloody lighter weight.

Yeah i tried 5 plates the other day a couple times and got it about halfway. Hammer strength decline is def way easier than flat bench tho but i can tell more pressing power, today i did 3 sets of 280 6, 6 and 5 reps

Strength is the goal. I did this at the end after working sets of 10-12. I want to get the machine maxed out for working sets easy eventually. You cant tell me if i go from working with 3 plates to 6-7 i wont get bigger muscles

You are not going to get strength from this, all you doing is recruiting your nervous system. Which can make u push a-lot more than this but will come at the cost of injuries
