The composting area in the old toilet seems a good idea - might give that a go. The yellow rose is stunning. When we lived there before, we had roses from Kazanlak and the smell was incredible. We made apple and walnut cake from the garden - delicious. Your view is really lovely. So many projects but it's not a race when you live in Bulgaria, malko po malko 😉

Our plum trees in California had good crops every other year, with smaller ones in between. I think it's just the nature of some plums. Your trees are looking good!

How well do you know bulgarian? Is it possible to live there without much? Your plot looks massive!
