Skeleton Wreck off Coron
After seeing it up close it is clear where it get its name. Not from some remaining crew members, but from the fact it has been so badly salvaged, only it's skeleton remains. Laying off Coron in a slope on a comfortable 7 to 22 meters deep. It seems quite popular. This day here was a complete freediver soup as you can see. It cannot compete with the top dive sites in the area. But well worth a stop if you are on a tour.

Siete Pecados is a protected marine park between Busuanga and Coron Islands, Philippines. It consists of 7 small islets surrounded by 🪸 reef full of life! You get there in a 10 minute trike ride from Coron town. Once at site, you need to pay 100 pesos entrance fee to the marine park 250 pesos pp to be taken out in a boat. It would be a short swim. Penetrating Nanshin Maru

Penetrating the top of Nanshin Maru at 25m. She is a proper wreck wreck just off the beach on Black island in Busuanga, Philippines. I was taken here by the awesome people of Pala-One Freediving. The wreck is covered in corals. And also black island hosts a small reef with plenty of life.

Baia is a spa resort and summer residence for the elite in ancient Rome. Located near Naples, Italy. At one point, due to volcanic activity it sunk in the sea like Atlantis! Apparently the land is currently rising again. But it takes a while.. so for now. Do like we did. Grab your dive mask and snorkel, and go for a cultural field trip at the bottom of the sea with @CAMPIFLEGREIDIVING
Freediving Wreck P31 at Comino Island, Malta

Patrol boat 31 at Comino Malta is a very fun wreck. She rests on the sand at just over 20m so very accessable for most freedivers. For the more advanced there are numerous swimthroughs to explore. My visit was together with the awesome divers in Malta Freediving Club.

The Coralita wreck is very accessible. In the Marsamxett Harbour it is just a few meters from a very comfortable entry point at the Manoel Island Marina all year round. Well protected from wind and waves. Unfortunately the visibility is usually quite s t. This day though it was very good!

Yanui Beach and nearby Koh Man are on the south west coast of Phuket. It makes you feel like you found a hidden gem, though it is just 5m off the road. But it is a quiet road that does not bother. If you leave the sheltered bays of Laem Sing- and Kamala Beach there is a stretch between them with huge boulders, corals and lots of aquatic life on depths 4 - 6 meters. Unfortunately you will find a lot of fragments of stray fishing equipment tangled in the corals too 😕 On the days I was there I had no current.

At the time of writing the road to Laem Sing Beach has been closed for years due to a land dispute. So now you can only get there by boat, or like I did, by foot from During Beach to the north.
