Bro theres so much of difference in the beard growth pattern between the time lapse video of beard growth 5 yr before n now? How? Initially it didnt connect with moustache.
@anilkaivalya8279 All this time, I went to the gym, I took multivitamins and eat healthy, and my testosterone went up. The more testosterone you have the bigger beard you have, but is also genetic. Look at your father and grandfather to see what your genetic potential is
In general post 30s beard can develop into a fuller one? I mean new follicles can be created?
@anilkaivalya8279 yes, it can, but stay strict with you diet, workout and take multivitamins. This is very important

looked good. i realize this is 5 years later. my beard grows in a similar pattern but my mustache would be tremendous at ten weeks. it's strange how every growth is different

I never used minoxidil. My beard looks great rn but I workout, take vitamins daily, don't eat junk food. I don't use social media anymore. Deleted all my photos. I just want to focus on me and my future.

I'm in a state of cognitive dissonance. I have very light blonde hair and have been growing a beard for about 4 weeks. My beard is mostly blonde but it goes from dark blonde, to light blonde, then almost white, then back down to dark blonde again. I quite like it but some people have said i look like a tramp. Could just use some advice, thanks.

It is like 5 years ago video so I am curious what age you were back then. If you were early 20s, you might be able to grow thicker and faster right now. I would like to see how you can grow your beard nowadays😊

I’ve always been so cautious cause I never wanted to be the scraggly neckbeard since the blonde hairs make it look so much worse at first, but I’ve lost a load of weight and have a trim enough neck. This video raised my confidence to finally be high enough to give it a proper chance. 6 days in and I’m fuller than week 1 but just behind week 2. Excited to see if I’ll end up with anything as healthy looking as yours

That motivated me to now try to grow my beard. I always cut it off after 1 month or so because i think it won’t grow anymore but yours started to look really full after some time. I’ll give it a try, i am already 1 month in. Did you just let it grow or trim parts of it over time. That really developed to a nice beard.
Try to trim the neck and cheeks, and have patience
Use some beard oil if you can

Thanks for this. I'm 2 weeks into my own beard growing journey and I'm comparing my progress with yours each step of the way. So far we're neck and neck! Quick question though: What was your grooming regime to keep the beard in check? Beard balm? Oil? Shampoo?
Use beard oil and beard shampoo, also try to workout and eat more healthy. Boost your testosterone level in a natural way and your beard will be great.

Looks good I have dark brown hair but somehow ended up with a mostly blonde beard. Always takes a while for it to look good.
Im roughly 3-4 weeks in and going to commit to keeping it for atleast 2 more months to see how it looks
