Updated BNSF grain train in Ho scale

I went to the TECO train show in Colorado Springs and picked up a few DRGW locomotives for a 1990s era train. The locomotives I bought are all Athearn RTR units. Some locomotive specs might not look like their 90s appearance however, they are amazing pullers and smooth runners on the layout.

Railfanning In North Platte, Nebraska: August 2022

My model railroad club was up in North Platte for Rail Days 2022. I wanted to share with you guys some trains that we ran at the layout. The rolling stock and most locomotives were mine, while some locomotives shown in the clips were either the clubs or from other members.

I finally got a hold of a lot of bnsf grain cars, so I decided it was worth a video to run them out on the layout. I will get a hold of more bnsf grain cars but so far, it’s coming along. Better than the last video where I didn’t have the proper covered hopper cars.
