"I'm Sorry Sasuke" then she fails anyway and Naruto saved her AGAIN then there's this fake confession bullshit just so Naruto would stop pleading with the Raikage to not kill Sasuke hayyss Then in Black Clover Noelle I admit she was annoying at first then look what happened after Asta Saved her from her magic going out of control she slowly falls for him she was able to reconcile with her brothers she was able to overcome her negative thinking and able to control her magic then she was able to admit her feelings for Asta in the Manga that's what you would call a good development This Is just My OPINION so feel free to say what you think😅
