Sir, if crime is done like an adult , how can he be treated as juvenile. We know that these are unfortunate incidents which happens unintentionally and there is no planning but age constraints should be considered. In many cases age is determined by educational or birth certificates which can be manipulated . I mean to say or know can we get real age by medical means if margin of juvenile age is very less.
