This video shows how to do a drive-through-penalty with smooth pit stop variant. As you can see, you just have to drive through the pit lane, the game will trigger the action near the box by itself. Don't be confused by the crew standing out in the video. They are not for me but for my teammate that's rolling into the pit a few cars behind me.

This video shows a manual pit stop in race with smooth mod variant, being directly behind your teammate. It is never recommended to come into the pit zone directly behind your teammate. In this case, the game waits 2x the time than usually (though I wonder why the player's pit stop time count was two times active).

Hey, just seeing this mod because I only just now got into F1 games. Is it possible, either in 20 or 22 to essentially update just the right faces on the right teams for this 2024 season? I know the tracks are different and that can't be fixed.
Has something changed with this? Because I follow the process exactly but when it comes to importing the renamed idf files the EEA program just skips everything and is not importing the 7 changed files. (From 8.40 in the video)

on f1 2020, can we use the head of team principal as heads for our own driver ?
Should be possible, I think they should be existing in the files same as in F1 22. So there are real team principals and CM developers as engineers. But I can't tell you which files, because I don't have 2020 installed any longer.

I was curious if you have been able to switch the drivers names without using the Driver/Team mod? Now that we are using F1 23 livery and drivers have changed, just replacing heads/morphs etc still leaves the names for previous drivers. Just wondering, Great video!
We can't change ingame names (language file) for almost a decade now. Only possible via third party tools.

No, the steering wheel is part of the 3d chassis model.

When I'm saving my decals on photoshop they have a white background that makes the whole car white and only some decals,is there anything I could be doing wrong
Your background needs to be full black, full transparent. PS has white by default, which is not what you want for F1 games by CM.
This is why we don't have a 2nd drs Zone at Mônaco you can easily spin

any way to pull 2020 chassis to f1 2021? know i'm a little late but had an idea to bring back racing point to rival aston martin but having trouble with importing. any tips? having issues with sponsor placement when i bring the files over
2021 has its story mode, so the 2020 chassis are already ingame and can be used easily (not as modular mod, as we did not focus on older chassis)

I would say yes, some said no. But I did the same for F1 22, too. I think the combined frontend file does not exist since 2021 so one step less.
I have a question. if you want to use mods my team (with other teams on the grid) can you use it like in your previous video? + the mod there is v12 sound (or v10), v8 f*rd is very different from other v8, and tire.
