Same here , I use to have the same setting but since I enabled it via the storage suggestion on iOS 18.1 I can’t find it .. I guess that’s because 12 days haven’t passed and no apps have been deleted yet maybe and I have same 16 pro max and in EU on iOS 18.2b

my default showed as 5 seconds so while I deperately zoomed through this video, turns out was too late by time advert could be skipped. At least now got to up to crap maximum offered of 30 seconds.
