Any tips? Should I wait a few days and try it again on the same phone?

And I'm 13 points away from a perfect credit score‼ I'm the person in my family who keeps in touch with everyone and solves all of the personal and financial issues. I take care of my mom, brother (who is handicapped as well), niece and everyone else who is having financial issues. I also take care of the homeless around me.
