Hai, I have a sweating problem all over my body..especially between butt cheeks and bottom of thighs..due to this I am unable to in shirt all my shirts..which made me disappointed all the time..will these underwears help in absorbing heavy sweat all the day ?? Or are there any other underwears for sweat absorption ? Please help me..thank you..

I purchased washable adult diapers. The outer panti part has a large pocket that a removable very absorbant washable bamboo fabric insert slides in. The panti has a waterproof coating to prevent leaking. The inner absorbant removable pad and panty are washable. The panty has wide Velcro tabs on each side that are easy to attach and are easy to fit. When it's time to replace pad. I just remove the liner from the panty so they can be washed in washer together. Then dried on low heat setting in dryer. I use cold water, arm and Hammer liquid laundry detergent. And about 1/4 cup of arm and Hammer laundry booster powder. No fabric softener. They come out very clean and no stain or oder. I have 3 sets.. , but will buy more soon so I can wash several at a time. I'm on special medicine to help me pass kidney stones after lipitripsy treatment. This has increased my bladder control problem. I also take a diaretic which I think is adding to my problem. Once the stone fragments have passed I will be off the medication and hopefully get back to normal. I purchased my products from Amazon. Search.. adult reusable diapers. Using the throw aways are too exspensive and are not as efficient as the washable ones. Plus I don't have to stock pile an inventory of disposables and deal with disposing the used ones. Which can be a smelly mess. I only need the diapers at night. I use reusable washable cloth pads. During the day. They secure to your normal panties. Are generally used as a replacement for throw away period pads. I have developed an alergy to the off the shelf products. These washables are chemical free. I don't develope a rash , like I did with the one time use ones. These have protective waterproof coating. And have a soft bamboo liner. With wings that have strong plastic snap to secure on panti crotch area. They come in 3 sizes .l as a large woman use the large. Mine comes with 5 pads per set with a little matching material waterproof pouch to put the used ones in if I need to replace when not at home. They wash up very nice and oder free using the cleaning products mentioned above. I use stretchy panties that help hold them close to my body. These are also purchased on Amazon. Search. Reusable period pads.
