Thank you for sharing this! I am also suffering from trigger fingers on both hands as well as carpal tunnel. I have had tunnel release on my left hand already, it’s been 7 months with very little improvement which is why I have put off doing the right hand. Three months ago my right hand became almost useless and I had another round of shots. I am going to do the trigger finger surgery first on this hand though. Your later videos indicate you have healed well so I am hopeful! I found your channel from your recent collaboration with Yota & Dawn. You have a terrific collection ❤
