My husband just bought a bottle of this and I haven’t tried it yet. I was nervous to try it, but not anymore. It sounds decent!
Congrats on your new life!! Great work !!
Thanks for the video
GINEBRA SAN MIGUEL. FILIPINO GIN RANKS # 1 IN THE WORLD.
Thanks for the video, Joe! Good to hear from you.
Any which way I can get a video in and maybe a little bit thank you so much for always being there!
Ahhh, I remember when my Korean and Taiwanese friends tried this for the first time. They hated it with all their might. Fast forward to today, they are now avid practitioners of the infamous "gin-sipol" and "gin-palakpak".
Thank you for sharing I always find it very interesting learning other cultures appreciation and curiosity towards the spirits! Cheers
If it were knocked down to 80 proof,I’d buy it,but 94 proof is too much.
So glad to see a new video Joe! Can’t wait to see the next gin review. I’ve missed them. Happy New Year! Thanks again Bob. 🍸🎉🍸
Happy New Year thank you
Happy New Year Joe! Thanks for the video. Cheers!
Happy New Year friend thank you
Just bought a bottle for $20. Love a gin and tonic. Never thought about adding bitters. I’ll give it a try
Nice, Joe! Always like to learn something. Hope all is well, and Merry Christmas ya Bastid!
Merry Christmas my friend 😊
I'm a bourbon guy, when my wife and I visited castle and key we tried this gin and loved it. It's kind of hard to come by here in East Texas, but we buy it every time we can find it.
👏👏a great gin ! Cheers from Sweden 🇸🇪
i really liked this video! i was looking for a review for this, im looking at expanding my gin supply as im usually drinking rums. would you say that this is less harsh than Tanqueray? i found that Tanq was unusually harsh on my palate.
Hi! Just wanted to know if you had a chance to try this again recently and still hold the same opinions. Price at my store is at 27.99 for a 1/5th. Tried it out and thought it was pretty solid(especially in tom collins). I do wish they had more information on the botanicals used though
One of the better bottom shelf gins. On the rocks, it's got a nice smooth finish. Good review.
Hogarth 0:34 didn’t pull any punches.
Is Citadelle any good for a G&T?
I took a double shot and wow was it a very nice glowing feeling!
How much no Ten Gin bottle price
Sorry for commenting twice. But the ending of your video is so true. People who hate gin just havent tried good gin. Or they used bad tonic. My first gin was the Bombay Bramble gin and i hated it. But ive been dabbling with others and have been really impressed. Every gin is so different which makes exploring them fun!
Thank you for this!
Great for gin and tonic.
Well that's a common say or review of a light drinker yeah it's terrible because your not used to high content of alcohol like that gin with 80% proof. Heavy drinker said it was sweet and tarchy because they are familiar to alcohol with high content Dont make a content if your not used to high proof of alcohol.
It's too hard to reply to this because it makes no sense to me sorry 😐
Help what is this 😭😭😭
I thought this was going to be about somebody who was a key figure in the development of gin... but nope! Just some child actor who nobody (except apparently you) remember.
He was my next door neighbor grew up with him it was a silly TV show of course but a friend through and through is a friend oh and sorry it wasn't about Gin
For me, the floral tones layering over the juniper are absolutely spot on. I think it is singularly unique…..and very agreeable with my taste. It hits just right !
God bless you Joe. Yes Hollywood streets are crazy. Be careful. What med do you take?
Lol thank you I'm on Terzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound 2.5 mg) LIFESAVER
I just got me a bottle today for 11.99 couldn't pass on it
Looks like the medicine you are on is growing hair as well
Was always a fan of blue coat being from the philly area. Went out for drinks yesterday. Had a gin and tonic double from the well and its was good, no distinctive tatse, went down super smooth. Later in the night had a double with bluecoat and wow. Crisp, distinctive taste. Wanted to sip it to savor the tatse but couldn't stop at a sip because it tasted ao good. Was surprised because with other spirits I really can never taste the difference between well and more premium spitits especially in mixed drinks.
This comment right here has made my day I'm so happy and excited that you got to experience the greatness picking up those individual notes is what it's all about!! Ty for your comment -Joe
God bless you Joe! So glad to see you take care of yourself. Wishing you all the good times and good health in the world! See you on UA-cam again real soon, I hope! Cheers!
Cheers and ty Gene, for all the love and support!! Cheers!
I got this on clearance for $16.99.. Funny you mention the bottle quality 😂 I dropped it on a hard concrete floor out of my paper bag and suprised it didnt bust opened... The cork popped a lil but the bottle is fine... Great job on that design 👍😄👏 now I'm sippin on this... Worth it 👍
That's so amazing and excellent to hear I used to do a quality control of the glass the bottle on my channel kind of phased out of that but it's great to know there are bottles out there made to survive the apocalypse cheers!
JOEEEEEEEEEEE. You're back! You look great. Hope to see more gin reviews soon mate! Edit: sad the gin reviews are gone but your health is your wealth.
Thank you so much for that comment it means a lot knowing that overall drinking and gin should be done in moderation and right now I am definitely in that frame of mind that's not to say though that I won't pick a bottle up and decide to do a review even if I don't drink the whole thing I'll let you know of course Cheers!
How does the knock test work? What does expensive glass sound like?
I've been waiting for someone to ask that question I'm so happy you did yes if the glass is thick the knock will be lower in pitch and I know at that moment if I drop a bottle on the floor it'll have a harder time to break it's just a test i thought people would appreciate
thank you for replying, i was really wondering! i'll be testing this out on all of my bottles tonight :)
Sometimes this is on sale at the 25-30 euro mark over here in europe. How do you feel about that? Must buy at that price or not neccisarily?
I do believe that's a little high if you are a Bombay fanatic then of course you're not going to care what the price is but for someone just exploring the botanicals and the nuance of lighter juniper style gin I wouldn't pluck down that again cheers!
fair enough
Seagrams gin is my go to cheap but good
Awesome

Ahhh Ginebra Gin, 30 years ago I was a broke high school student, but can still afford a small (bilog) round bottle daily, a few friends and a few more bottles, what a grand time.
So what's your go-to gin now?
for 32 years old like me, this is my comfort alcohol of choice. it doesnt have an hangover even if u finish the 350ml gin bilog after a tiring work in the office. just make sure u drink it with ice cold water
@@GinJoe17I’m a whiskey guy now 😅
This was an amazing review! Thank you! I had been searching for a good review on this before buying...omw to the store now thanks to you brutha! Appreciate you!
Awesome thank you for your comment keep the Gin flowing
Keep it simple 3oz Seagram Gin and 3oz Cranberry Juice over ice and it gets the job done
Nice
Wow. Congratulations Joe.
Thank you!
Glad to see you’re healthy.
Thank you

Dude! So happy to see you're safe and man you're looking great! Congratulations on the weight loss, proud of you. I have always enjoyed your gin channel, keep more videos coming brother.
Thank you so much!! I got to admit the last 3 weeks working on this video definitely has peaked my gin interest again. I have another video I'm working on so stay tuned
Wow! Congratulations on your weight loss, Joe. I've been wondering and worrying about you. So glad you're doing well! You look fantastic. Every time I try a new gin, I go back to your videos for reference because you reviewed so many of them. God bless and hope to see much more of you in the future!
Gene I have often pondered over your comments and your presence on my channel, and I truly appreciate everything. You're the best! Thank you! My mind has been buzzing with activity, especially as I've dedicated the past 3 to 4 weeks to crafting this video. It's been a flood of memories and good times. Plus, working on this project has reignited my interest in gin. I'm working on another video it should be out soon!! Ty again
I picked up a bottle of this the other week and I love it. It's super smooth, and the damiana is one of the predominant flavors which is neat because it's not commonly used in gin. Personally I don't think it makes a very good gin and tonic, but sipping it straight or on the rocks is wonderful. For the price it's a winner.
This gin is 🔥
gilbey's is a decent gin for cocktails made with a lot of mixer like a tom collins or gin and tonic. not so great for martinis but i've never been a martini fan anyway...
Everything okay Joe?
