So is the green wire the parking break? The DVD I got it’s telling me the Orange wire is the parking break and the green one as the rear speaker. Does that make a difference?

Stanley McClarin no its not I carry my sr45 in a galco king tuk cross breed iwb holster with no problem not much printing going on. Before that I used a galco stow n go that was uncomfortable at times because all the weight was concentrated in one spot.

Is a sr45 too big to carry around in a holster?

I just bought mine at JoeBobOutfitters dot com for $375. Don't listen to the haters man. Just keep putting in range time and your groups will tighten up. One thing I always do while breaking in a new gun is to buy boxes of all different brands and weights of ammo and see which brand your gun prefers. Some are picky and run best with a specific brand or weight. Some, like my Glocks, will eat anything I feed them. Do the same with hollowpoints too to see what works best since you will be using hollowpoints for defense and the other stuff for basic practice and plinking.

Just got one of these today. Love the two-tone of the stainless. My sticker was black. It blended in with the frame. I hadn't even noticed it was a sticker until I saw your video. I thought it was just a circle on the polymer frame - lol. I just peeled it off. As far as recoil with your girl, I've had the best luck with having my girls shoot a .22LR pistol (mine is a S&W 22A) to start with so there is zero recoil and it helps them to learn good handling and aiming habits without being afraid of the gun. Then when they were ready to transition to the "big girl gun" they already had developed good habits and it was really no big deal for them to switch. It worked well for me, your mileage may vary.

I have an sr45 also and I love it. Just keep on getting that trigger time in. On your other video, you mentioned getting an sr9 for your girl and. I say do it, cuz my sr9c is my favorite and my girl likes it best of all my guns.

Good purchase bro. I've had my SR9 for over 4 years and its been a solid pistol. That yellow sticky is just a production marking. You can discard it. Can't wait to get my hands on one of these pistols. Take care bro
