GOOD VALUE WINES - How to choose a bottle of wine under £12
Thanks.
Natural wine is basically just not doing your job as a wine maker.
I'm not really agree about what you said about the natural wines. You minimamize it too much. I guess you don't know the value of it.
What are some Organic wines that you would recommend?
more soil building is STRIP/mob/holistiv/intensive grazing under trees.. goats ducks chicken, especially revitalizing drought dessertyfing arias... under perssimon date olive ect situation.., watch alan savory video.., the animal eat the seeds so the gras stops seeding, and after they step on the grass make ground cover humit layer, plus the new grass can see the light bathting in manure and urine,.. there is some treeprotection complication whit goat, but the also they weed stuf like blackberries.. gives space fore animal in land..
Speed up 👁️
Nice
as a side note, the effects of the moon are unfortunately misunderstood as simply a gravitational effect upon the earth. it is much subtler than that, but I encourage real winos to taste and see the difference for themselves.
this is probably the only video I have to see that has accurately and clearly explained the differences between the three without overdoing it. bravo sir
high altitude wines are more complex and have better organoleptics than vineyard wines at lower altitudes;
Glad I found your channel. I am in TN and am starting a vineyard (barely know what I am doing and learning as I go). I use to work on a small vineyard and make wine with my grandpa who learned his methods in southern Italy around WW2. I can see the way he did things was mostly 'natural' although I can tell the wine magazines had him experimenting with different products in his layer years. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
I'm drinking Bordeaux presently/ by next week end I will be knee deep in Burgundy/Pinot Noir for a celebration of 63 years happily in my skin
If you can't taste the difference, it hasn't made a difference. Biodynamics is the application of astrology and homeopathy to agriculture.
You can taste the difference!
You said natural wine doesn’t have and real guidelines. But from my understanding that’s not really true. To be natural you have to source organic grapes. On top of that the notion on not adding anything to the process (yeast, So2, etc) is a in its own a format for making that wine. Are those not guidelines?
Natural wine actually can add SO2, that’s a common misconception. It’s just regulated so you can’t add past a certain amount. Most natural wine producers do add SO2 simply because it aids in shelf life and overall preservation of the flavor. Obviously it’s less than most non-natural wine producers add though, but still, it’s typical added, you have to check with each individual producer to know whether or not they added SO2 and how much they added
Got myself a bottle of Bornard cuvée “les chassagnes” 2016. I’m very excited to try it. Is it a bottle worth keeping in the cellar or can I drink it now?
Hi Laura, that is a brilliant bottle of wine. Yes it will cellar for another 5-10 years easily but at the same time it will not dissapoint now. The question is do you want to drink it? If so, go for it!!! I hope you enjoy it. Best Graeme
Hi I am working on a sustainable wine enterprise for my final year of studies dissertation in Bristol. Have you got any suggestions for research papers/articles on organic/biodynamic/ (and....natural) wine production from start to finish?

Quite good explanation. This video deserves much more views.
I am growing strawberry in back garden. I want to make them biodynamic. I have put them near the shed so they feel the gravitational pull from all the metal tools Inside. Please help. I think I have made a terrible mistake
Congratulations!
Thank you!
Do you know any England based suppliers? My craft beer bar would definitely have that on.
