@@ElvisBenson Honestly, I haven't thought about that. I was thinking ppl are just copying and pasting, not knowing that most of them can't actually do it. I asked someone about it and I was told it's because of the burglar bars, they obstruct he opening and closing. But I don't see that to be a problem .

@@everymanisyourteacher9951 the truth is they can’t do it, most properties with those types are all imported, even with that, to get them to install it is another education in all 😂

@@ElvisBenson You are 💯 right. I did a bit of digging and I wasn't impressed. I'm teaming up with few guys so we can import and fly the installers in as well. It works out way cheaper.

You do a shoddy job, home owners will learn to ignore you and bring others from outside the country to do their work. Look at the retail market and see the number of Indians, Pakistanis and Turkish we have who mostly work for Ghanaian entrepreneurs. Granted some home owners bargain hard, pricing on most jobs concerning building are random even with the same experience and knowhow. This is one of the reason why sometimes we bargain

Most artisans will advice you to do both wiring which will cost you a lot. Remember you will do twice the work. But you can actually do the standard 220-240v and step it down with a transformer which convert it into 110. The transformer isn't that expensive.

@@ElvisBenson I think there must be an agreement between both parties where the job done must have a warranty. Artisans will pay attention and work more cautiously if they know they got to pay back or redo any work at their expenses

please just be careful okay most of this youtube ers you see here are all building their houses, and some of them have turned themselves into contractors with no knowledge, before you use an artisan verify very well and see the kind of work he has done before!!!
