Just came here from Hypo's channel and video about your run 3 years ago. Great job and I hope you're well!

Guess you probably figured it out by now, but the "attack" campaigner and thunder does (that does no damage) is not an attack, just a small animation it plays when they take a certain amount of damage, to show them breaking down. You can see it very clearly at campaigner (as you also pointed it out) - after the little explosion (that happens when his health reaches a certain threshold) more parts of his little cyborg body is shown.

can you explain what you are doing to turn the collision zone white? like.. i've stood in that corner and bashed every input it never turns white...

When in doubt, turn right! Works for 90% of Final Confrontation and most of the caves in the game.

Is there somewhere I can find more information on speedrunning this game? I looked at speedrun.com and the turok section seemed pretty dead. I tried running through the very first section of the game, stopped when I got to level three, and it was a lot of fun and I would like to give an honest effort to see if this is something for me.

It would be awesome to have a keyboard and mouse cam, or some kind of screen overlay, so we can see your key presses.

Was practicing longhunter boss fight, but it seems to me that backstab doesn't work at all. I don't know why, maybe we have different versions of the game? Thanks for this tutorial ! :)

btw pale, you can type in the code NTHGTHDGDCRTDTRK to get some of the console commands shown in the vid. these are persistent across multiple screens so you don't need to type "god" in every new screen. Thanks for the vid :)
