    good vid, but just one thing, the subtitles kinda block how you put the straps one, so next time do put the subtitles someplace else so its easier to see what you're doing.

    I liked and subbed im a new channel also im 3 months in to starting my journey. Im 6'1 started off at 155lbs and im Currently 175 i am aiming for 200-220 lets get these gains. 💪
