Discover How to Install Parking Sensors in the 2021-2024 Ford Bronco
Just bought the single piston version of this compressor and can confirm it does not have the same connection as yours did. Mine was shipped with a standard 1/4" air male/female connection. Was anticipating doing this modification but didn't need to.
Thank you for sharing! My bronco doesn’t have a rear parking sensor. Are there any recommended brands for installation?
I just had Amsoil and filter delivered to my home for my Bronco.
I built my own 4 way inflator and only cost me around $120 to $130. I'm glad I spent extra on the auto pressure controller onboard.
12.3 cfm is designed to fill all 4 tires at once. Filling one tire at a time is probably way more flow than a shrader valve can handle, creating a lot of back pressure on the compressor.
@@demetriossyrpes1992 it did great for just one tire. We also did a video with a four tire inflation system as well.
I have that Fanttik inflator. It works very well.
Bought mine with the auto inflate and I loved it. Setting up my 4-tire inflator hose takes longer than inflating itself. lol. Made a little modification on it on mine though. I installed a 1/4 air coupler and replaced the power chord with a 4 gauge and used an Anderson connect.
Just found that the four tire inflation system is 1/4" male connector and the Samout has a 3/8" male. So I will need to make an adapter.
@@monkeybiznessoffroad yeah had to drill tap mine to fit the 1/4 coupler. It's worthed.
@@monkeybiznessoffroad I also upgrade to a 4 gauge wire using battery jumper and used anderson connect. Had the other half of the Anderson connect bolted straight to the battey and run it under my hood placed it right by my bumper for easy reach so I don't have to open my hood everytime I inflate my tire.
Did you replace the male connector on the Samout air compressor to mate with the 1/4" connector on the 4 tire inflator?
@@monkeybiznessoffroad I did. I used a 7/16 drill bit and 1/4 tap to make the hole bigger and fit the 1/4 male air coupler.
What fuse do you tap into to make sure amp turns on
@@NoahEasley-j6w the plug-n-play wiring harness pulls power from the ACM. But I believe their new harness goes through the firewall and connects to the battery.
Ford dis you a favor. #Junk
To be fair, filling from 17psi to 36psi is way to low of tire pressure. Technically you could have topped off all 4 tires! LOL
Wtf....😂
Nice install!
I usually turn the screen on and off a couple of times and it works
@@michelleandalon in my case the APIM had gone bad. On/off didn't work, master reset was a no go it was just done.
Hello, I have the black diamond and need this because mine broke. My question is, the website lists it as "4 door black diamond sport utility". Is that right? I don't want to end up with the sport model one accidentally. All options said sport utility. Thanks ahead.
That is correct. When I did this video they did not have the Bronco even listed. I just checked the website and by clicking on the Bronco and then selecting your trim level you would be getting the right gas strut.
I sure appreciate the fantastic and quick reply! I'm traveling Thursday and hope to get it in time. My order has been placed. Thanks brotha!
@@kirkeric they have pretty quick shipping. Let me know what you think of the gas strut. When I found the ones I used they did not have a listing for the Ford Bronco yet.
@@monkeybiznessoffroadI sure will. I stumbled on your video when just looking for the strut and it was a bonus to get one that will make door open quicker. I did always hate that. Lol Looking forward to receiving and I'll surely circle back and report. Thanks!
For most part these air compressors that run on a battery don’t cut it. Let’s note if you had a complete flat tire you would be out of luck. And you certainly could not refill all your tires from 18 to 36. Both are costing a little less than $100. But you can get a small air compressor that will plug into your cars lighter for about $25 dollars that will fill all your tires from flat and does not take up any room either. Plus how long is the battery good for?
Should have shown the cover being installed. JS
We used the grills from kicker that came with the CS speakers.

These are from a running Google doc on Bronco6g
ALL of these tiny air compressors like this are a joke for airing up a car tire. These are really made for bicycles and sports balls, and toy inflatables. Don't waste your money if you use it for any type of vehicle tire!!!!!!!!!!
Loved the review. This comparison was just what I needed. I take my motorcycle on long trips. I need to check my tire pressure often. Checking the tire pressure was the easy part finding an air supply was not. There were times when a gas station was not nearby or the the air station at the gas station did not work. With this I can alleviate the air supply problem. Thank you. Also, the father daughter team works. Keep up the good work.
Glad it helped. I'll be sure to let Monkey know you liked it. Thanks!
Easy fix is to sell that POS Ford and get a Toyota but too each their own... 😘
I recently installed this product on my new Bronco and it works like a charm. Made in the USA - beware the Chinese knockoffs.
Waw mobilnya bagus sekali💕💕👍
Great vid. I've not been able to find specific height savings by relocating the control box. Do you have the height measurements as the winch sits now?
I don't have any measurements. But for me and the front camera on our Bronco it does give me a better view of what is right in front.
@monkeybiznessoffroad thanks. I'm sketching out a custom bumper and winch plate for my Ram. So I've been trying to find top clearances for my intercooler. Been avoiding just buying the winch to build around, but it's probably prudent.
@@rippleeffect3910 I went and checked and the cover for the controls is 4 inches tall from where it contacts on the sides.
@@monkeybiznessoffroad awesome! Thanks!
When the tests are done on a regular passenger car. The Airmotto does fine. Not everyone drives a pickup or SUV.
Be sure to Cover the securicode label under the dash.
Sounds like the Airmoto is out.. How about the Fanttik X8 (or s100) versus the Towertop TF1502... or the GOOLOO GT160?
Fantastic job ,great team work . I was considering to return my fanttik thinking battery should last longer . however it's a good product for my motorcycle. I was able to purchase on amazon under 50$. Thanks .
Update? I came back here cuz I knew I watched your video before and searched it up on my history. I'm thinking of getting the fanttik cuz I don't want the other one dangling.
My wife is still using the fantik in our van. Works great and holds a charge for a good amount of time.
@@monkeybiznessoffroad ok thanks!
@@monkeybiznessoffroad oh by the way, can the fanttik be charged both in the car with 12V, and by the wall outlet?
Fantik supplies you with a USB to USB- C cord only. So you will need a charging brick (that's what I call them) to plug in to a wall outlet and in a car you would need a 12v plug with a USB outlet.
@@monkeybiznessoffroad ok thanks so much!
I have been scouring UA-cam/internet all day for something like this. It was very informative but I'm still a little confused as im new to this.. anyway I could reach out to you to? I'd gladly pay you a little to help me figure out how to wire my lights!! Anyways great videos & if you would be able to help please LMK!!
I'd be happy to help.
@monkeybiznessoffroad what's a good way to get in touch with you or should I refer my question here? Essentially I have done everything up the point where I connect my ground & the wire to the aux switch wire under the hood. I'm comfortably with body work & installed my new bumpers but the electrical im.just worried I'll break something. I've got a 2024 but it looks about the same! Thank you!!
Okay, so you just need to make sure that the aux wire you connect to can power the lights. Check the amps for the lights, anything less than 10 amps and you can use 3-6, more than 10 amps would be #2 aux and more than 15 amps would be #1. You can refer to digital owners manual to get wiring colors for each switch.
Roger that thank you! And for the ground can I connect it to the bolt above the where the aux wires are located in the front right of the vehicle?
@@brandonhaynes555 that ground location should work. If not there is a bolt on the fender next to the battery that I have used that works well.

My dad just purchased a '24 model and we've been out a few times but yesterday it finally shutoff. The dealer said his daughter turns it off everytime she goes out but the problem is it doesn't stay turned off and will reset itself each time you start the vehicle. It was weird and didn't know it had shutoff but the radio started having issues cutting in and out but then the light changed and it stumbled a bit and then it took off.... I mean honestly do you really save that much gas? I keep reading it's hard on the starter and battery needs replacing every 2 yrs. It's like CAFE where if they do it across the board for everyone the numbers add up but not so much if you rated each one individually. The manufacturers have been pushing the thinner oils to meet CAFE requirements that you gain maybe .1 or so mpg but add them all up together it's something.
Good work man
I need you to flash my rear speakers at some point.
work hours? 🤪 clueless reviewing.. 🙃
You guys are the best, just got my Bronco and your information helped me tremendously!
Great vid!
amazing video
Do you think the JeCar Trunk Mesh bimini on Amazon would help prevent the wind coming in from the back and flapping the back section of your top bimini? I’ve read that a lot of the wind goes across the top and curls back into the trunk/cab area from the rear. Just curious if that trunk mesh would help with the wind. Otherwise, great video. I’m definitely wanting to purchase this and try it out for that price!
Makes sense. I know you said you’ll do a 1 year review, but how has it been for 5 months now?? Also, I noticed you have a carseat in the back. I have a 2 and 4 year old and highly curious how they’ll tolerate it haha. How does the kiddo in the carseat like it with the bimini on do you know?
Whats ur kids name I might know em not in a weird way
Thank you for the comparison
I still can’t believe Ford eliminated the Antimatter Blue. Such a beautiful color. I bet you love it !
We really do love it!
What do you have on the interior ceiling of the Bronco in the back.
We have our patches from other Bronco owners.
An advantage of keeping the stock antenna is if you pull into a place and the antenna hits, you will likely scrape your roof. Basically a clearance warning device.
Super helpful covering all the details. Thank you. How are you liking the look so far?
It's worked out great so far. No clearance issues. Need to clean up the wiring a little more, but nothing some zip ties can't handle.
Warranty?
