This little guy got trapped in our shop this summer and fell from heat exhaustion. We brought him indoors and fed him nectar from an eye dropper till he recovered. He flew around the ceiling but wouldn't dive down to go out the window. It took me less than a minute to teach him to land on the stick and then I put it out the window so he could fly away. See ya kid.

It was 97 degrees out with 63 percent humidity. Heat index was 126. Then a thunderstorm popped up, dropped 1.6" of rain and cooled it down to 75 degrees.

Saw this line of pickup trucks flying the rebel flag.

It was sunny and hot as hell (92) then bam, it rained 3 inches in less than 2 hours. The street was hot and started steaming.

Certain times of the year this cedar tree will steam when the morning sun hits it. It looks like smoke.

These trees had some spots when we bought them from Magnolia Nursery but we were told that it was transport damage. They have gone downhill since we planted them on Aug 4th. We called Leigh on Aug 21st and she recommended that we put 2 cups of epsom salts on each tree so we did that. We use a moisture meter to make sure we are keeping the soil moist then we water the roots as needed. We bought ...

We thought the neighbors house was on fire but it is just steam coming out of two Cedar trees. Location is the Gulf coast area of Alabama.

Where do Robins go for winter? To my backyard in Alabama, that's where. We love them.
