I see names like Coral Spring, Palm Beach Villa and quite a few other developments copied from Florida. I wish we could be a bit more progressive and copy things like good customer service, medical care, water supply, and good roads, etc.

I heard on more than one occasion that it will be in this month, October. But I’m not a 100% sure at this moment because the road will have to be accessible first.

A tour of the units was posted in a previous video excluding the townhouses. I’ve not been on the property since because we’re not allowed on the site unless you have an appointment to view a unit and not for filming
