Very gorgeous and glowy! I must try this makeup out. I used to use strips of paper towels to curl my hair without heat...but my hair came out "Shirley Temple" like afterwards.

You could also "re-write" things and give the situation new meaning. Such as: The people you spoke to were looking at a glitch in the system that was effecting your account, and they could not make changes to your account. The next person you talk to says "yes",because the glitch is gone, and it is now fixed for you. You could script it/write it out, tell a friend (in your mind or in real life if that applies) how happy you are that it got changed in your favor.
