jonnyarthur95 When I have complete rosters I use their last names, like in other sports. It's possible to use last names when they're provided by the teams. We tried to collect roster information this year through an electronic mechanism ahead of the tournament but the teams either only put in nicknames, first names, or the wrong name to the wrong jersey. I had a heck of a time trying to keep track of any of the players on the pitch from my vantage point at the top of the stands especially when they didn't have numbers.

jonnyarthur95 How is using a first name/nickname more or less helpful than a last name? As long as naming is consistent throughout the game that shouldn't be a problem for your enjoyment of that particular match. I thought the commentary was done really well.
