I miss the old Xgames vets. Mat Salerno, Cesar Mora, Yasitoko Bros, Tai Chirs, Bob Burnquist, Tony Hawk, Biker Shelock, Metal melisha, Brian Deegan (Metal Mulisha), Travis Pastrana, Fabiola De Silva, and the list goes on.

The narrator was the Eurosports 'General Commentator'. I think he wasn't an expert in anything in particular. Just a general rambler. I remember him well, very annoying!! You can hear Arlo Eisenberg commentating in the background, giving actual proper names of grinds and stuff. And he really liked Matt Solerno, who was doing old skool mizou grinds, and frontsides, while Adams and Feinberg are doing Royales and Negative Grinds etc.

TV was weird back then.

I look back at the scorings and think damn. What’s dicks the judges can be😐😑.. but still and all I loved watching the X GAMES back in the day.

This is when the Xgames was worth paying attention to. The hay day of the true extreme sports olympics. ESPN has narrowed it down to three sports, it's definitely not as interesting as it used to be.
