I never said this was belly dance. As written in the description, it is a ShimmyFitz workshop. ShimmyFitz is not belly dance, it is a belly dance-inspired fitness workout, which uses shimmy movements. Thank you for dropping by anyway. There are many awesome belly dance teachers on UA-cam.
