To leave a fascinating comment: this is never gonna be anybody's favorite playthrough (it's not even mine, go watch MGS1 later/again) but it has felt so precious and so sad. I've loved every heartwrenching little moment and I've loved getting to show off stuff like (SPOILERS, A LITTLE) Big Boy getting hit with a pipe, over and over, like Crash Bandicoot stompgrinding out 100 lives.
