Yes, it is related to the original composition from Nobuo Uematsu. It is from the official sheet music book "Final Fantasy VII ~ Original Soundtrack" published by DOREMI. Asako Niwa did a great job with the arrangement for this songbook!

The other short i uploaded from Wind Waker with Open Treasure Box (Get Item) i know 100% is used since Zelda 1 in every Zelda. The Get Small Item jingle i am sure is used since Ocarina of Time, the Zeldas before i am not sure.

Yeah, i like the small songs too :) On the CD it is called Fanfare, in the Wiki it has two names: Victory Fanfare / Fanfare, and in the songbook it is called ファンファーレ which means exactly Fanfa-ru (Fanfare), so i think Fanfare is correct!
