I've been in the middle of choosing porcelain to do my countertop and backsplash in my kitchen. I've looked thru all available, and have a question about them. Why is that they are all "marble look"..and none of them are made to look like Granite? From some of the very vivid patterns and colors, it seems if they could do that they could do anything. Also, speaking of the type and brand I'm using which is 24" x 48" sold thru Home Depot, they do not have features which a custom ordered porcelain shop would offer, I know that but then again I"m paying much less money. I have do some fancy cutting to make it look professional but it would have helped if the standard size was 26"x48" instead of 24" x 48" so they'd be wide enough to do a standard depth countertop.
The best is painted over joint filler(gap) so it look smoothness
should tile spacers be used for endless tiles or no?
yes, we do recommend 0.5mm or 0.35mm spacers

I would be interested to see some custom color printed silicone joints that could be fitted tightly between two half size large tiles (or two fullsize ones) to give an illusion of one massive piece. This would probably not work outdoors due to UV degradation of the silicone strip, but indoors should last for decades on interior walls, and could very easily be replaced by pushing it in, and cutting it level with a razor.

@@kaolinsurfaces have you ever seen cast silicone such as is used for some gasket materials? You can color silicone with pigments very easily, so I imagine you could create a strip of silicone with the appropriate pattern of color extruded fully through it.

Thank you. Absolutely, any tiler can install those tiles as long as they follow our installation guide. In fact, installing tiles that exceed International Standards 10 to 20 times is easier than a typical tiles on the market.
Is it possible to have no seam and flat surface?
We recommend a grout joint of only 0.5mm. Surface flatness of tiles is detrimental to achieve an installation that complies with Australian Standards in terms of lippage with such a small grout joint. Surface flatness for our tiles has a deviation of only +/- 0.3mm, which is one of the highest standards in the world. Always refer to manufacturers recommendations for the grout joint size as well as check with their “surface flatness” standards as part of their technical specifications. @@cyan2748 Not sure if understood correctly, but our waterabsorption 0.04% which is almost nothing and therefore there is almost no expansion in tiles. Tiles do not expand when heat is applied as they are heat-resistant. We do recommend expansion and perimeter joints for the installation with our tiles. Please let us know if we have answered your question.

What is the minimum Grout spacing as per Australian Standards
Thank you for your questions. As per Australian Standards (AS3958.1) and The Guide to Standards and Tolerances 2017, the grout joint "should not exceed" 3mm for floor and 1.5mm for wall. It does not mention any minimal joint sizes, so our recommendations for seamless joint tiling of 0.5mm are compliant with the standards.
