Embroidery on jeans
Embroidery on jeans
** Skull Embroidery **
This is a video showing the Melco Amaya in action, i have a pair of jeans that i want something cool to embroider on it and i found this skull, video shows some minutes of embroidery on jeans.
Melco Amaya is a great beginner machine due to its more or less unique user interface, also its so simple to use that almost everyone can use this machine. Once you get a Melco you don't need anything else, its even possible to connect several units to the same computer and control them individually.. its active thread feeding system makes it even more unique.

Brother QL-700 Label Printer Unboxing 2017 UNBOXING This is the Brother QL-700 Label Printer Unboxing video of 2017, this is a great printer and it prints a wide range of different labels and papers, this printer is similar to the Brother QL-710W and Brother QL-800 just some minor differences I think. The Brother QL-700 cuts the labels/paper automatic when it printed the label so that cool. It ...

Mug heat press - 99,5% Black color now
I have its more modern sibling the Brother QL-1110NWBC and these are amazing printers. I've used mine to print thousands of address labels and a few hundred shipping labels with no jams or printing issues.
I did 175 for 140 secs was fine
I have the same problem with Chemink and epson printer. Blacks are printing brownish when there's more than 70% black on the image.
I have an Amaya and i need help with some specifications to get my machine up and running again. If any one can help
Hello, thank for your video what about the preassure? can you show us?
I just figured this out today, ITS MY PAPER! - i googled and googled, all the answers would be TIME, TEMP, PRESSURE, print settings, profiles etc, nothing worked. I have a3 paper which works (the A4 i was using same printer same settings, in the press together) - one paper came out black the other Brown. I spent hours and hours thinking i was doing it wrong. Only now that I am searching my sublimation paper is turning my blacks to brown am i finding any info on it. the colours are working ok so i had no idea what was going on. the paper was was from a proper sublimation supplies store so I am pretty disappointed to say the least.
What is the name of the paper? I have a brand called A sub 125g using an epson 2800 . All colors work fine except the black
@@fyou7305 it was 'permasub' paper I had issues with getting browns. I was recommended "A-sub 125" at 204 degrees Celsius for 65sec for Acrylic (the substrate i was having the most significant issues with) and have had much better results and really nice blacks on my converted epson eco tank 8550.
What is that on the cap driver my Amaya didn’t come with that on top of the bobbin case
good advice
I recently acquired a Amaya machine. I need help with setup, any ideas of where I could find the info?
I paid 55 dollars to Melco to get help. Also go on their site and see if there is a technician near you. Some might help over the phone. I just got my machine 3 weeks ago. Good luck
I can probably help you set it up if you help me too
@@victorreyes8421 that would be awesome man.
RGB ou CYMK?
ive had t his same problem with light transfer paper. I considered using dark transfer on my light materials but since dark is meant to peel off the backing and place onto the material, i wasnt confident in printing text as each letter would have to be individually placed and im pretty sure i would not line them up properly. Anyone found a solution to this?
I have the same problem. I just am researching this problem now and found this video and read all of your comments. It seems this is a common problem. Researching further, I found a video by Jared from Heat Press Nation. He recommends Neena Jetcol DHS paper for sublimating black images on coffee mugs and TexPrint XPHR paper for other substrates when using heavy black images. I have not tried resolution this yet.
So I've been experimenting today. I have a few orders that are with a solid black background. I've been failing lots but I have had some success now. I use a convection oven. I definitely see a relation to inconsistent heat. So I've been turning the mugs and tumblers more often and that seems to do the trick. So far so good anyway
Thank you for sharing x
hi what thread do you use?
So I'm on my second day of trying to print black text on it. First 3 came out light brown. I did a cleaning routine on my printer and it came out navy blue. So I don't know it that's an issue and maybe the sublimation paper with it. I am using good quality sub paper but it still comes out the wrong color
After a year. Same time and temp. Black letters are coming out brown.
exactly same problem here, I'm supposing the ink is expired.
@@myfavoritegift i bought a cricut mug press worked fine
Use tapy
I had the exact same problem, exact point to point, and I tried everything absolutely everything you described here. And when I got a breakthrough when I bought a good quality fast drying sublimation paper, after just changing the paper I was able to produce only black images logos etc on same settings as you described in the beginning. Settings are always the same, paper is the problem.
which paper?
@@modernwize I realy don't know, I buy it by peace, like 100 at a time, no box no label nothing but this supplier was wonderful explaining all how paper is important. I just know that this is high quality and very fast drying sublimation paper. I was abke to produce Matrix mug with full color lime green on pure black background if was beautiful.
I also have same problem i tried 190c for 360 second as told by my supplier
So did you get good results?
I know it has been a long time, did you fix the issue with the black looking more like brown.
Maybe for InkJet printers wrongly labeled!
You will need to change the cutting strip
Use a cut mat. I didn’t know u could use it without the mat.
I understand the fustration. I just cant imagine having a printer and only some of the transfer paper works..ugh
Yes, I have the same problem. Even HTV vinyl. You are forced to use a mat.
yes
Can I scan a copy with this printer?
maybe you can use 330F and 6mins i think it will much help, because i experience it the problem is from the mug press as for my experience dunno if same to others 😅
Masking tape! Brilliant! Wish you would have shown the transfer though.
Having a similar issue where black prints on my mugs give me ghosting where any other light color is fine. Its got to be something with the ink/paper. I've tried every single press alterations and times and same results.
Dye Sublimation paper and ink are not the same as printer ink and photo or plain paper, meaning you will not see the vivid colors until you apply it on the surface you attend to put it on. Once you press it it will look a lot better. Heat what make the ink activate the colors.
I use an sg500 printer and have this issue with my designs that are mostly black. It comes out a faded brown color. Maybe I’ll have the try this method. Thank you.
Como agrando mas las letras o.los diseño llega maximo 100% igual me sale chico
nice one buddy, saved me a loads of mugs :) keep up the good work.
How is it in 2020 ? Is it still going ok?
I’m having the same problem. I’m gonna try this today. Hope it works. Thank you!
Please tell me how to connect it to laptop
Found the problem?
What is the problem??
I have the same problem... I maill to the company and nobody answer to me . Its a new one i do 5 cuts and now make that
Blade its perfect clean , same material, same settings

This happened to me and don't know how to take off the sticky paper off t-shirt😠half looks good and the other half is awful.
Hi. I wonder if you could give me an update on your Galaxy Heat Press after several years use, please. Would you still recommend it?
Tape a paper tail to the vinyl so there is more to feed in. The tape will stop the vinyl from getting caught because there is no edge.
Transfer papers are always such a pain in the ass! They're either getting stuck in the printer or having peel temperature sensitive issues or you get a bad batch from the supplier. They also crack when you stretch the final product. It doesn't matter if you double press..That image always cracks...So F*** frustrating - Dont want to sell that to my customers. .. I need to learn to screen print!!
the cat actually looks brownish on my motor, not black. I would go with 180 C and 70 seconds, the 70 seconds start after the mug reached 180 of course, not 70s in complete. I think the mug itself and the ink is crucial as well. Paper is also important
That’s already ok for me
just use paper for dark garments, even if its for light clothing, it works better, faster ,brighter colors, and you don't have to mirror the image
Omg you read my mind today!
I do this however and it does go onto the t-shirt well. However twice when i have washed them 30 degrees, inside out - it comes off! any ideas?
I know I'm way late, but it seems to me that if you just bend the catching edge sharply upward, that it wouldn't have a negative effect on your print, but would keep it from catching? Hopefully I explained that well enough. Maybe a cutting mat is an easier solution.
Tried that and it doesn't work. Any curl at all and it catches.
I have wasted over 25 cups how can I reuse them any advise on this
Depending on the coverage on the first application, you can use them as test mugs again. Some times I print an overall colour to get the time/heat correct...
Thank you.
I think I told you to run a strip of tape along the cameo, as it works for me, cheers Howard
