    I think that can become a little sloppy sometimes- especially with a large group. Just my opninon though

    That’s actually a pretty good one lol. You wanna make sure your body can hold things away from it like a big suit case. I’m sure this helps with that

    Good job, and legs development is sorely missing in many routines, as I see every summer, guys with big arms and chests, but wearing huge baggy jeans to hide the skinny legs. Keep up the great work!

    Probably not as deep as a soft tissue practitioners hand could go but the foam roller can go deep especially if the client contracts glutes which will allow for more extension over the roller

    finally a squat reach vid w/ someone who can show how its done if you're not mr. skinny x-tra flexible i.e. need to bend your knees slightly during the first phase of this exercise. thanks, this helps a lot, good looks on the other posture vids too

    Not much on the standing version. During this standing version, there is distance between lumbar spine and the wall, which allows for less pressure to keep the upper back against the wall. I use this with athletes who demonstrate shoulder mobility defficiencies as part of corrective exercises and in the offseason program.
