Took me a while to understand CNS recovery takes a few days more despite muscles not feeling sore or tight.
yes- big time. Thanks for commenting
@ good video
Hi Sean how can I listen to this episode? Thanks--
@@seanskehan3930 this will come out on Friday. Thanks
yeah you dont have to write the 1-leg part
@@matvendouuuu yeah, why not? 1-leg straight leg deadlift? You might call it single leg deadlift. Who cares
Great advice!
I think that can become a little sloppy sometimes- especially with a large group. Just my opninon though
I’ve been alternating every rep. That way seems way better!
Without step forces a lot more work from your muscles.
You can see his legs getting stronger with each bend.
But when Saquon does a 600lb box squat everyone crying like it's not good enuff 🤦
Nice
What are the benefits
Power development
Don’t do that
Why?
I tore both my hamstrings just watching this
😬 p̲r̲o̲m̲o̲s̲m̲
MATRIX SIMULATION
That’s actually a pretty good one lol. You wanna make sure your body can hold things away from it like a big suit case. I’m sure this helps with that
Its useless but you doing sport is better than nothing.
Nice Work
Go
Good job, and legs development is sorely missing in many routines, as I see every summer, guys with big arms and chests, but wearing huge baggy jeans to hide the skinny legs. Keep up the great work!
Nice work!
Probably not as deep as a soft tissue practitioners hand could go but the foam roller can go deep especially if the client contracts glutes which will allow for more extension over the roller
Is that really going deep enough?
Hey Sean, good timing. I just added an article to my site about acceleration, I will have to add this video to the off-ice portion
finally a squat reach vid w/ someone who can show how its done if you're not mr. skinny x-tra flexible i.e. need to bend your knees slightly during the first phase of this exercise. thanks, this helps a lot, good looks on the other posture vids too
Hey buddy- Training is going well! Would love to go to that sometime as well. Maybe next year?
Good work Sean. How's your training going? I'm considering CKFMS next month.
Good stuff, Sean!
Not much on the standing version. During this standing version, there is distance between lumbar spine and the wall, which allows for less pressure to keep the upper back against the wall. I use this with athletes who demonstrate shoulder mobility defficiencies as part of corrective exercises and in the offseason program.
