Welcome everyone to the J1 Fire systems channel! This channel will include Fire alarms, Conventional Fire Alarm Tests, Addressable Fire Alarm Tests and Fire Alarm Collections. Also please subscribe to the channel as this would be helpful and It will help me to continue to upload more videos.
I have 6 panels which include 3 conventional panels and 4 addressable panels.
Conventional Panels: C-Tec CFP Panel (Alarmsense System), ESP Mag 2 Panel (ESP System), Gent Xenex Panel (Gent Conventional System)
Addressable Panels: C-Tec XFP Panel - Apollo protocol (Apollo XP95/Discovery System), SMS SenTRI one loop Panel (SMS System), Ziton ZP2 Panel (Ziton ZP2 System), Morley IAS DXC Panel (Hochiki System)

There might be a sneak peak/coming soon video at some point which may reveal a hint but I can say it’s another system made by Honeywell but not Gent.

Are these louder than the standard gent alarms or just the same more or less?
It depends on what volume you set the S-Quads and sounders to be on. Mine were set to a medium volume. The old Gent 34770s are on default full volume with no volume adjustment. But I think S-Quads on full volume can be a bit louder than Gent 34770s

Hi, I was just wondering if you need a panel for your Apollo series 65 base with a smoke/heat detector to make noise? As mine is making no noise when I have it wired to a 9V Battery. Thanks

You can dis the loop open circuit fault by using jumper wires to connect loop in and loop out ov each loop rogether

Any update on this and the ziton systems?
This system has currently been taken down and the panel will be getting sold at some point. As for the Ziton system I am unsure if I will continue making system tests or not.
