Bro you just saved my life. I have the same exact workflow as you but for some reason I couldn’t understand why the quality of my photos sucked when importing them into FCPX. I never did the custom size timeline. I would only do standard 4k. You my friend are a life saver. THANK YOU 🙏🏾.

Nice story, mine was the opposite. Learned to fly traditional FPV drones first and then the DJI ones. I love the long flight time of DJI drones.

Most people think you can just go out and buy a camera and or drone and make great videos . Few people understand the time involved to get that perfect shot , and most give up before they do . I bought and built 9 drones before I found the one I was looking for from the first one . The Avata has opened a new world of video to me . The only 4K video camera I have now is the gopro 11 black. I have been so busy I haven't been able to put in as much time as I would like . I haven't stopped making videos I just haven't put the time into it I would like to , guess that makes me one of those . Great video and you have a blessed one .

I just got my Avata 2 and have flown a bunch of dji drones (Mavic) Mini pro 4, Air 3....crashed my avata several times and literally took the same path you did...realized I need to spend time in the sim...greatly improved....I can fly it in non manual mode in ridiculous tight spots...manual is another story....needless to say I am HOOKED! Just pulled the trigger on the Mark 5 DC....cannot wait for it to get here....is it easier than the avata or harder? I am really sweating take off and landing...just set up my avata to kill the motor so I can get some practice....great video

DJI Mini 4 Pro DJI D-Log M to Rec.709 ，Rec.709 LUT (Lookup Table) is not suitable for direct use in HDR video production. Rec.709 is a color space and gamma curve designed for standard dynamic range (SDR) video, while HDR video uses a different color space (such as Rec.2020) and gamma curve (such as PQ or HLG).

In your opinion, which GoPro would work best as a dashcam? I have a camera byCHORTAU and it's pretty good, except it only supports SD cards up to 32GB and it records in 3-5 minute chunks so that as it records and fills itself, it deletes the oldest files so the higher the resolution you set, the fewer of these five minute chunks there are. IIRC, the camera has a maximum 30 to 40 minutes of record time, depending on the resolution. Does GoPro have such an option? While a much longer record time is what I am going for, I would feel safer with a camera that records in short chunks like this which makes it less likely you'd lose your entire recording of an incident if a file becomes corrupted for whatever reason. You only lose 3-5 minutes rather than the entire recording.

Have you notice less operating time using bluetooth microphone? They say that Osmo Action 4 records 160 mins.

Yo Farhaan..what size (resolution) are the M3P hyperlapse photos? DJI says 12, 20 & 48mp.. can't find definitive info anywhere.. ta mate.. ***oohhh.. at 10:29 is looks like 20MP (5272x3948).. is that correct?

I have the Mavic 3, question: When I take the photos in 4:3 and I want the final hyperlapse video to be 16:9,- should I crop the photos in Lightroom to 16:9 first or should I crop the stabilized video in FcP? Because as I understand I should use the highest quality images possible to stabilize first and after that I can create a new project in FCPX with 16:9 5K settings (5120 x 2880), correct? Thank you!

I don’t understand is dji refresh care somewhere that you can buy a drone from or is it just to repair your dji drone ? I would like to know as on the website it is cheaper but I’m not fully sure so please explain to me.

Please make a video with Mini 4 Pro with ND filter showing how to shoot light trails ? Can it be done with M4P ? Like if I attach a ND1000 and then shoot with slowest shutter speed available, can it be done. It would be brilliant if you make a video on that line . Thanks Farhaan

Would you say it be worth to just go straight for the 12 instead of the 11 or 10? I recently found a GoPro 7 Silver when I moved (from a roomie that left it behind) and it’s fun to have an action camera. It’s in decent condition. I’ve taken some Timelapse videos of me driving around on road trips and went one weekend of filming around standard video of an amusement park and biking around and it was cool. But I just don’t like that it doesn’t have a swappable battery (and it is a six year old battery) along with no interchangeable camera lens worst case it cracks. I’m not much of a vlogger or someone to take a bunch of video or pictures on my phone in general. But maybe I can be with a new hobby and thought may as well just shoot for the top camera atm and just future proof myself to learn all these new settings. I know I won’t mess with LOG or 5.3K res. I know the 11 is identical but the only thing that is nice for a noob like me is the screw hole on the actual camera. Lmao. I’m not too worried on price cuz I’m seeing some sales around or second hand sellers for 12s. But for someone who actually knows about cameras, just thought I’d ask.
