@@tomswarder4313 that's only if they actively help them get the contract with the protections. Until then any existing audio files from past games can be dealt with as they pleased if there were no protections when recording those previous audio files saved from Black Ops 1 or 2 in relation to the richtofen actor. Copyright is a complicated issue, and in order to have those protections they would have had to deal with them or if not with them at least have it in their contract in the first place. There are plenty of circumstances out there where the company can very much do what they pleased with that audio file because they own the fucking copyright. Because that people may have not gotten protections or done it under this organizations guidance. And even with the protections, the copyright is still mostly owned by The producers / studios. Now with these protections they wouldn't need required consent to even digitized him, but the rights are still held by them regardless. At least majority of the rights. if the voice actors didn't go through the efforts of putting some protections on previous works back in the day, then who's to say that these protections now for current voice lines will even do much to protect them? All it takes is one legal loophole.

@@tomswarder4313 on an additional notes, this still doesn't change my point that it's ridiculous how people care now about people's jobs, but nobody cared when they were being sexually assaulted in their offices. Why now? Now this may not apply to you, but I am speaking of the general community as a whole. Why care now? Why didn't they care then? Why is this the thing that makes people all of a sudden give a damn about the livelihoods of the people behind their games? I get the hatred for ai, but do people really hate it more than sexual assault? Been playing it on and off since around the time it was published on Google Play. And my experience on this one has definitely been better then all the other modern Console Cods. It literally plays a just like Black Ops 2, mobile controls, and with every other Call of Duty asset in it. Every other modern warfare or advanced warfare or Black Ops gun, character as a skin, maps and scorestreaks are in this game. As well as damn near every specialist from Black Ops 3, Black Ops 4, Black Ops 6, infinite warfare, and the MW reboots. Infinite warfare and advanced warfare as well as a specialist are way better in this game than the original games they come from. Use an XS1 Goliath in advanced warfare and you're going to get Mercy by people bouncing off the walls. You use it in this game and it's the funnest scorestreak to ever play with. I'm not sure if you've ever heard of Call of Duty online, that Chinese exclusive call of duty. It was a really good game before it got shut down. But it's basically that but more modernized with some changes. Especially since I'm comparing it to that game, Cod mobile feels like Black Ops 2 with other Call of Duty assets where is Call of Duty online felt like modern warfare with other Call of Duty assets. But for the most part they're basically the same. But of course Cod mobile is still available. Some of the downsides though are the zombies is not the best and Black Ops II zombies are honestly better than mobile zombies. It's not bad, but it feels like such a downgrade. There's also no prestige system if that's what you're into. Personally, I fucking hate The prestige system. There's nothing rewarding about resetting my classes just to give me a damn calling card. Granted, I wouldn't have blamed them if they made it more like Black Ops 3 or 4 where you had to manually prestige your class that way for those who didn't want to didn't have to. Literally a have your cake and eat it too situation. Would have made both sides happy. And lastly it is still an Activision game and a Call of Duty of all things. So still expect some of the biggest BS wagon in your life. When the game works, it's the funnest time I will have. When it doesn't, it makes you wish they would stop being cheap on the servers. The amount of times my team lost or I got demolished because I would convenientlylike just when I'm about to kill somebody would be so annoying. However, it doesn't happen all the time, and I don't always die when I do like. The amount of times I've also gotten killed still while fighting the lag as well as honestly astonishing. Like I know I shouldn't have gotten to kill, I should have died and I still somehow managed to merge them. So if you have any issues, best believe it's literally just server issues and there's no such thing as skill-based matchmaking or engagement based matchmaking in this game. Porterville is not district form that supposedly protects the noobs like people like to cry about. Because there is an sbmm system in this game, it's just nothing like the strict variations people are used to is more like the old Black Ops II skill-based matchmaking system. And there's no need to protect the news because they basically have a temporary boot camp mode for those who are new. In other words you're not going to play anybody two or three levels beyond you until you're at least I think around level 15 to 20 that way if you're just starting the game for the very first time and are barely getting used to the controls, you don't get marked straight off of the game. I mean, I guess you could see that as a form of protecting the noo s, but again they still getting used to the controls. And this supposed "protective bracket" is it in temporary to where you reach around level 15 to 20. From there the system slowly takes off the training wheels and allows you to have the actual Call of Duty experience. And from there, it's pretty much like the old school days. Completely random in chaotic. Sometimes you carry, sometimes somebody else carries, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Completely unpredictable. And usually, not always, but usually at the very least I can say even when I lose I'm having fun. As a game should be.

You would probably be more successful in just convincing people to just not play the game as a form of boycotting. And even that's very unlikely. That's not to say I don't understand wanting to sue them for selling a bad product. I just highly doubt the class action lawsuit against Activision would actually be successful.

😂 Why are you so mad dude. And why make the background footage entirely nothing but the spawn evidence? Have you ever heard of a commentary before? Typically people put game plan in the background just as like visual noise. The evidence was in the middle and was not hard to miss because I notified you of the evidence before it played. Holy shit, this is the first comment where somebody's trying to say I'm actively experiencing sbmm in my gameplay. I didn't get a single one of these comments up until this point, which I was honestly expecting primarily these comments. I mean, I still disagree, but I'm surprised I didn't get more of these. Also, I don't care to get mad. I don't care to change my play style. I just don't care anymore. I stop playing multiplayer and taking it seriously back and ghosts. I do still try out the multiplayers when a new game comes out, but I don't ever stick with them because I don't expect Activision to do better. As the act man said in his most recent video, just expect the worst from activision, and they'll still find a way to disappoint you. And at this point whether e o m m/sbmm exist or not, I don't care. Because I stopped playing this franchise religiously a long time ago. Plus I didn't buy the game, I tried it out with Xbox pass. So at the very least I'm not stuck with a game I'm not interested anymore that I purchased. I mean, if I did purchase the game then yeah, I would absolutely be fucking furious with the general quality of the game. But I didn't waste my money directly on this game. I spent it on the Xbox pass which gives me access to other games that I did play in between. So the only regret I had was spending any time on it. I can't get that back, but I can always spend it somewhere else. I'm not going to stick with a game that gets me mad when there are 100 other games that will make me happy. And with the way this community is treating me, why would I want things to get better for you guys? I don't. I don't want things to get better for you. For any of you. And that's not to say that you don't have a right to be mad about the quality of the game, you do. But that doesn't mean I empathize with you. I don't care if it is franchise anymore, and I feel bad for non of you. I'll say this at least, thanks for giving me a new interesting comment to read that wasn't the same regurgitated opinion over and over again.

Can you elaborate a little bit more on the whole participation generation is to blame thing? I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that. and ignore that sure I may not be empathizing with the issues you guys are going through within this game, I'm genuinely curious as to what you mean by that.

@@HK47_115 its about the free kills that lower skill players are given. Free kills for no skills. So for instance in black op 6 if you hit an enemy with one bullet and someone else kills that enemy you also get credit for the Elimination. Boosted stats too boost your morale. Since 2012 or so reality has shifted and any kid that participates in anything gets a trophy for participating, lame. Now every kid that plays on a console is given the False Hope of being an internet famous gamer!

@ so have I… I didn’t play bo4 cuz it was garbage so I’m not sure on that one but a max ammo filling your mag wasn’t a thing till Cold War… previously in 3 2 and 1 you’d have to change mags before taking a max ammo… I’m top 1% on both cold war and black ops 6 zombies so… I’d know lmao

​@HK47_115 Been playing since the release of cod4, cold war started it go back and play blacks ops 2 and 3 zombies and you'll see a max ammo doesn't feel your mag unless you reload

I really wish you two but notify me of these comments. I never noticed viewers comments like yours until days or weeks later when I'm notified. And that's because it is, sort of. It's one of those XP farm zombie maps. Where they just give you a shit ton of enemy NPCs to fight with nothing but knives.
