The Greek who Terrified the Germans in World War 2 (WW2 Documentary)
This is the real story of the Greek sergeant Dimitrios Itsios. He fought against the German invasion of Greece on April 6, 1941. The Axis forces had to confront his defensive position and overcome it, but Itsios held firm. He is one of the many unsung Allied heroes of World War II. Yeah… there are actually big differences between East Libya and West Libya, even in terms of culture and dialect. Western Libya has more similarities with Tunisia and Algeria, while Eastern Libya, in terms of dialect and traditions, is more similar to the eastern Arab world..
