The dip in the back with those modified push ups is not correct form. Gotta pull that tummy in and have a neutral back or you're gonna have back pain later on. It hurts looking at it. ☹️

What do you do when you find your quads are tiring out before abs?
Hi Jacqui! Here’s some advice from Kevin: Usually, bending the knees more to shorten the “lever” length decreases quad engagement. Also, emphasizing keeping the lower back flat on the ground, and small, controlled actions helps too as it puts the focus back on the abdominal wall instead of the lower back and quadriceps group. But ultimately, the abdominals and the quadriceps function as hip flexors in most traditional abdominal exercises and have some interplay between them.
