I'm pretty sure you can buy the frozen Inghams turkey breast rolls year round, well at least in South Australia. An hour of cooking time and you have 1kg of turkey meat for cold cuts. It's just the seasoned ones with stuffing that come out at Christmas xx I'm pretty sure if you go to the deli area they have chicken thighs for much cheaper (depending on whether you have a deli or not?)

Wow, you had good Christmas weather!! Where I was in South Australia it hit 42.4⁰C Christmas day!! Cherries were in huge shortage due to weather down south (hubby is a fruit farmer and lost 90% of his cherry crop this year).

Happy New year to you and yours...The prices of groceries has gone up for you as well...our prices went up again last month...here in USA...I was doing math to compare your dollar to mine as you showed prices and Your groceries are much higher than mine...and mine are high...I was doing my food order and some things I just stubbornly refused to pay the price for...lol...I am good at substituting...i bought frozen blueberries instead of fresh ..fresh were like your prices outrageous...frozen fruit is good in yogurt,oats,cakes whatever...sorry I am jabbering..love your shopping and sorry you are having health issues..I would like to see how you change your way of eating....your meals and menus...your dogs are lucky if their food is as good as it sounds...

I'm 900 km far from my family in a country where I only know coworkers. I'm cross stitching, eating chocolate and re watching Squid Game.

Hi Ali ! Husband and I stayed home because our plans changed at the last minute. We were supposed to be with family, but they caught Covid and canceled on us. Husband gave me my gifts early so we didn't have anything to open. We have each other and our furry critters (2 dogs, 4 cats) so we had love around us. It was a scary wakeup call that we need to make some friends so we don't feel alone.

Congratulations on 600 subs 🎉🎉 A lot of it is to do with getting warm. Being inside with the heating on, going to pubs with big fireplaces, drinking hot drinks like Mulled Wine or Hot Chocolate.

I grew up and live in a warm place so Christmas was mainly just feeling chilly with lots of holiday lights, decorations, and music. Snow and ice would make it feel more "Christmassy" but a lack of it doesn't make it not feel like Christmas for me.

Woolworth. Wow,,,,in my city Northern Ontario,,,Woolworth closed down in around 1985,,,thought they went belly up.

This Christmas was a whirlwind! Started the day with some lazy coffee sipping ☕️, jumped straight into a day of visiting family after family 🎄, and somehow ended up making new traditions with people I’d just met. Unexpectedly wholesome and full of love!

Spent the holidays staying at someone else’s vacation home, meeting their family and friends for the first time. Ended up visiting four different families, doing all kinds of traditional stuff with each one. Turns out, they already knew all about me-apparently, they’ve been hyping me up behind my back for years (and I had no idea)! The whole night was this incredible outpouring of warm welcomes, open invites, and so much love and support. It was honestly such a wholesome and unforgettable experience

Waking up with coffee ☕️, then opening up all the random Black Friday packages we ordered while shopping half-asleep and wrapping them as surprise gifts 🎁 (marked from Santa, of course 🎅). Hi Ali, bit late but we just had a quiet one at home, just us and the kids. We live in FNQ and it was a beautiful day, we got some inflatables and went for a float down the creek, it was heaven. Hubby cooked a lovely ham and turkey for lunch, leftovers for days 🙂🎄🎅
