My biggest issue with this is that a lot of businesses have an IVR system, so how would the AI respond in that scenario? Is it smart enough to "select #0 to speak to a live person"? If not, this would result in a lot of wasted money....

People don't understand how powerful this is. You'd be surprised at how many businesses uses a cell phone for business, the call back rate is astronomical and having Vapi pick it up is gold.
