    People are making dumb narratives that Inoue is not fighting in the USA, therefore, he’s not that good. This is sad but true. But the Americans don’t support and promoting the lower weight divisions like Japan. Americans fighters (lower weight divisions) fought in a YMCA gymnasium. Inoue just fought in the 55k seats Tokyo dome. This is why many has to travel outside of the US to get paid.

    that's ridiculous. She was a monster. She was beating everybody. In seconds, using olympic level judo. After someone gets beaten, especially women, they tend to diminish as fighters. So it is not a fair test to consider their accomplishments after being soundly beaten. You are pointing out her failures *after being beaten* also, so that is also unfair. This is just your bias based on the water under the bridge. She was good. This video is really offensive. I don't like Ronda, but it's like hearing a kid born years after the collapse of the ussr saying there was no chance of nuclear armageddon under the soviets. You are just too young to remember, young man.

      @StrikefirstFC 13 днів тому

      Thanks for the comment. I've been watching MMA/UFC since '96. I'm not as young as you might be implying but we just share a difference of opinion on Ronda's skill level. But i think we both can agree that she was the Face and carried Women's MMA for years.

    • @serpentinefire921
      @serpentinefire921 13 днів тому

      Ronda was not good. Not a good fighter. She was a good judoka. The SECOND a half decent fighter entered the picture she got mauled. The process repeated itself once more. Be offended all you want but it literally only took someone with basic distance management to EASILY derail the hype train.

    • @PeterJames143

      @@serpentinefire921 It's easy to say that now. Where were you the day before the fight. I bet you correctly predicted all the stock market crashes after they happened, also. Also maybe you made thousands of dollars betting against Ronda on the fight, since you're so smart. Also maybe you think you know how to run an NFL team cuz you play fantasy football. If you're so smart, who are you cornering in the UFC? Easy to talk big after the fact. Nobody knew Holly was going to beat her up. After her weakness was exposed and she got rocked by that kick, and she said she was suicidal, you could guess Nunes was going to eat her alive, which she did. It's just too easy for you to say "I knew it" after the fact. Seems like you're pretending something was obvious that just wasn't, including to you, before the Holm fight.

      @@PeterJames143 nope, but I did say for a few years straight shed get mauled by someone with striking distance management. Not that, even if you believed me, that you'd stop being a twat about it. You're demonstrably stupid to think the way you do. Then again you STILL think she was a good fighter.

    i mean she was pretty good she just wasn't among the best of the best. personally i'm not really into women's mma anyway, but i mean i wouldn't call her ''trash'' as a fighter. as a person? yes! most certainly lol. she was definitely overrated to some extent too but that was mostly just dana hyping her name up, also joe rogan didn't help the situation either. there just wasn't any super elite women fighters at the point so people thought she was like the cream of the crop. she was pretty good though, i wouldn't discredit all her wins just cuz she's insufferable as a person. i'm not a big fan of when people don't like someone so they try and downplay all their achievements

    Inoue will start purely boxing at 126 and not try to go for kos. So I think if he turns to pure boxing he can run through 126 and possibly 130....but the man is 31 years old I believe...he'd be close to 35 by the time he naturally fills to 130...I really hope he doesn't go further than that...he has a very smart camp I'm sure they are aware of the risks.

    • @satoshi3851
      @satoshi3851 Місяць тому

      I'm Japanese. According to Inoue's statement in Japan, he does not move up a weight class easily. He understands how risky it is to move up one rank in boxing, which is a class-based sport. It will probably be next year or the year after that when he moves up to featherweight. He wants three fights a year, so he's looking forward to every fight.

  • @brucelee5576

    • @johnhulse4124
      @johnhulse4124 Місяць тому

      Inoue has been, (in style),getting acclimated to 122 before going up to 126. I'm sure he can carry 130 respectfully, but he'll likely accustom himself to 126 when before he moves up to 130. However, there are a lot of worthy guys to fight at 126. I hope he finishes his career at that weight and remains undefeated when he retires.
