Great video! Hilton Head really is so stunning. I just found a new home by D.R. Horton in Bluffton and i am loving it. I have really felt like HH isnt know the way it should be, so many are missing out on visiting and living in paridise.
I think William Poole and John Tee are the two best architects for Southern home plans. They are both giants.

This house was completed in 2012 wasn't it? There appears to be only one other home in the development and no other lots show any type of work. Is this neighborhood abandoned or are there plans to continue at this sloe pace?
Claire, Thank you for your interest in our new home community. The Breakwater Model is open daily for tour. Yes, the Liberty Ridge model has sold and is a brick cape cod style home and no the neighborhood is not abandoned, thanks for your concern. We have just opened the Mallory Place section and have sold 35 lots there. We have a new 6,000 square foot model under construction with a Grand Opening this Fall (projected to be in the $850,000 range. Are you interested in building a new home? Please let me know if you'd like to schedule a visit of the community or if you'd like more information on our new models to be offered there. The economy has caused the custom home community in Williamsburg to be slower than normal in recent years, but the market is well on its way back.
