In this video I will draw a Tyrannosaurus rex. To be more specific a scene in Jurassic Park: The T-rex breakout. This Tyrannosaurus design is inspired by the description from the Jurassic Park novel from 1990 by Michael Chrichton. It is a colored drawing and easy to follow, so you can try it for yourself! This drawing took me nearly two hours to make.
➡️Information about Tyrannosaurus:
Tyrannosaurus is one of, if not the most famous dinosaur. It was a large Theropod and lived in the late cretaceous. It belonged to the family Tyrannosauridae. There are currently two known species of Tyrannosaurus, namely T. rex and T. mcraeensis. Tyrannosaurus was first described by Henry Fairfield Osborn in 1905. Its size is estimated to be around 13 meters in length, 4 meters in height and a weight of 8.8 tons.
This version of Tyrannosaurus, I draw in this video is currently scientifically outdated. Nevertheless I really like old dinosaur designs, so have fun and enjoy it. 😉
