Kyoto U seems like the perfect choice if you're looking to immerse yourself fully in Japanese culture while mastering the language. Few programs offer the same level of intensity when it comes to Japanese language classes! As for my plans after graduation, I haven't made a final decision yet, but staying in Japan and finding a job here is definitely an option. ✨

Hii you might get MEXT, but actually most of us have the kyoto iup scholarship, the title is different but the amount is the same 👍

Did you submitted any english proficiency score and any Standardized exam scores? I have been studying in an English medium school for more than 5 years ig so do I have to submit english proficiency score? What do you think about academic requirements I have A1 in class 10th but A2 in class 11th rn I'm in class 12

@@MG-ez1uk Hmmm academics are hard to gauge because there are different systems. I took IB, for instance: (final scores reaction vid if you want a reference) ua-cam.com/video/lq38gNzvnu8/v-deo.html You might need to email the iUP office to make sure, but if your school is in a country where english is not the official language , it is most likely you are still required to provide english proficiency test scores.

Hii, most likely it is a confirmation of your acceptance! However, if your final scores are released later, I think you are still expected to notify/mail them your final scores (as long as they don't deviate too much from your predicted scores, there isn't much to worry about).

Not for me, but because there will be a lot of Japanese language classes you do need to have the motivation to learn 😆

Hii, what facilities are you specifically thinking of? there are many libraries, canteens, tennis courts (tho you need to join a tennis circle), outdoor swimming pool. thinking of doing a campus tour in the autumn ☺️

Hi! It might depend on your major but maybe aim for a 41+. I think the language comes naturally once you get immersed in the environment so don't worry too much about it. 漢字 would definitely require some effort 🙌. let me know if there's any other questions you have!
