Honestly, just pruning them bag a little is what we recommend. No more than a foot as you mentioned.

@@mylawnbarber how would you handle reaching around the bushes? Like I said seems like maybe it’s too sloped for a ladder? Dang bushes have to be 15’x15’x12’ but from the lower point of slope could be taller

@@mylawnbarber Had a Toro. Would have lasted longer than 20 years but it seized up about 5 years ago after I forgot to put oil in. I got it going again and it gave me 5 more year before giving up for good a few weeks ago.

So are you trying to put a brush cutter blade on this tool? There is a brush cutter attachment for the QuikLok system.

@@mylawnbarber Yes that is what I am trying to do... and yes there is a attachment for the Quiklock system. But I would like to put a brush cutter blade onto the Dual Battery String Trimmer

@TheeProfessor23 Seems like an interesting modification. However, I would recommend just to buy the Dedicated Brush cutter or the QuikLok attachment.

@@mylawnbarber it is a fairly common modification. I have always put on a brush cutting blade on my weeders. I was super excited to have the same setup on the dual battery. Luckily, I put on Milwaukees 105 grade line and that handles the thicker stuff fairly well.
