Late 2017, I went through some of the darkest times of my life. For three years, I let the problems that arose during those times go unattended. For three years, I felt lost, trapped, and eventually hit 140 kg, the most I’ve ever weighed in my life. At one point I couldn’t sleep nor breathe properly and I started losing sensation in my extremities. After discovering David Goggins and reflecting...
Buona strada
Nice video man, I am happy you are smiling this much
Just got my XSR700 last weekend and the ride was amazing
Enjoy it man! It's a blast to drive, I adore mine.
橘色的東西是什麼?
that key holder design gotta be one of the goofiest one i ever seen in my life
rare nz content
I've been doing my license for 3 years and tried 8 times on the exam. It's been cancelled 5 times because of the bad weather condition but eventually I passed it. Can't wait for the spring to come again and get my first bike! I can only imagine how happy you're on this video :D but next year will be mine!
MT07 is such a great bike! Ride safe!
It’s not that fast bud you act like you hopped on a 1000cc
Gatekeeping liter bikes is cringe. The MT07 is quick, but its not fast. That's why he's having fun, it still has a crapload of torque and its a motorcycle. This is also most likely their first bike.
just be careful man, cant anjoy the ride if 6 feet under
MT07, the only bike you’ll ever need
nope, changing my 07 for a 10-sp next year :>
dress for the slide, not the ride...
Is the new version of MT07?
what exhaust do you have?
Bro i felt like i had just bought the bike too just by watching you being happy 😂
Rise safe friend and use your gear. Welcome and enjoy 👍
Felt the same when I rode my Hornet home for the first time. Enjoy your new bike brother!!!!
I smile because soon my time will come brother, a few lessons away.
Please 🙏 ride safe 🙏
Still remember when i bought mine. The ride home. I wish i could feel that one more time
Holy shit i can relate so much XD
This one gave me goosebumps. Love your reaction m8! Hope i get something soon! Ride safe:)
The title and the thumbail are just perfect together
0:18 Literally me everytime I go for a ride 🤣
This was my first reaction, but is still the same, every time i ride it
first bike?
How much calories did you eat from the start to the end?
watching bro's dream come true for 1:20mins made my day soon i'll hopefully do this aswell and i want the exact same bike too 😂
first ride home videos on yt are usually very long and boring, its all newbies that stall and go below speed limit, thinking theyre interesting this was a nice change, emotion, pushing the bike a little bit, good audio
yeah i don't think this is this guys first time on a bike. the title says first ride home meaning on that bike. he prolly had a beginner bike before this.
so you rather watch organ donors? Schadenfreude...
This is a masterpiece, wish it were longer!
amazing achievement
Bro didnt you get any lose skin?
Can you please explain how you did this?
you dont look like 140kg from the start
looks more like 100kg
Nice brotha, I recognize the trust! 💪
Watching this video and feeling very much inspired... bro you got a really nice physique in such a short timespan. Would you mind sharing more details of the things you did and your progress?
Appreciate the kind words. At the start of my journey all I did was walk for 20 km everyday for the first couple of months until I was at a low enough weight to slowly start jogging again and incorporate strength training. After a couple of months I managed to drop 30 kg and from here on out, for most of the year I had to manage my studies on top of training so tried to take it easy but just enough to be sustainable in both parts of my life. For strength training I did 3x a week Mon, Wed, and Friday and did basic bodyweight movements like pullups, chinups, dips, pushups, abs (any ab workout) for 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps. For cardio I did most days on Mon-Sat around 6 km and rested on Sundays. Later on in the year when I felt more fit and started training for a marathon I upped it to around 8-12 km and did longer runs ~20-30 km on Saturdays and rested on Sundays. For the last couple months of the year when I had no studies on, I ran 20 km everyday and dropped the remaining 10 kg off in this time frame. Nutrition was a whole different story but essentially I stayed on a caloric deficit while hitting my protein and fat goals and took a diet break at maintenance that lasted anywhere between 1-3 weeks after being on a deficit for 30, 50 to 100 days at a time. Hope that helps and all the best.
@@junkim2758 That's amazing. 30kg in less than year... I am steadily losing weight but at a rate of 1kg per week. I have over 30% bodyfat and I think I'm going too slow on the fat loss... Everything I've read until know points to the fact that as I am obese and have lots of bodyfat I should be losing more in the beginning... Anyway, thanks for the reply and congratulations! Only we know how much such a feat represents in our life
Bro U r my inspiration, I am proud of u🤎
Yessssirrrrrrrrr!!! 🔥🔥🔥
