3 cylinder engine is more fun than a 4 cylinder Corsa and probably faster too , I think these will do 100mph at a push but yeah dont do 100mph as 70 is speed limit in the UK where i am lol

I have had this car for about a year now. love driving it. It's so quiet and peaceful inside. Still don't want to upgrade it. I recently looked into getting the Mazda demio. It's more economical than the tiida, but I heard it's noisier and shakier inside. So decided to keep my tiida.

My favourite car.

Had one of these recently as a hire car and it was an appalling heap of shit. The steering is terrible - way too light, with no feel whatsoever. Sometimes it oversteers, sometimes it understeers - there's no predictability to the handling whatsoever, and the brakes are awful. The interior is spacious, but also really, really cheaply made and bland, with no styling whatsoever. Worst car I've ever driven.

What a biased review. It was hardly going to demonstrate the car's negatives.

It seems a decent car for money. Time will tell. I like mine. Very nippy and always wanting to be driven unlike my previous 52 plate fiesta, which, was like driving a tank.

This is video wrong about the road view, if you are shorter person you should be fine. I'm nearly 6" and the upper windscreen restricts a safe upper view of the road ahead bit like having the sun-visor down all the time, the seat does NOT have height up down adjustment (I sit too high in the seat I have to stoop my head lower) ! This is a compromise, don't listen to this salesman if you are a taller driver, PLEASE test drive this vehicle and DO check the view for yourself make sure you can drive safely and don't have to stoop your head down, make sure your vision is not restricted by the upper part of the windscreen/lower roof . Nissan are aware of this but can't (won't) do anything about it, USA models do have height adjustment, not UK models. I have been unable to clearly read top half of read road signs because of this restricted view, I worry about missing distant dangers! What has also made this worse the dealer also stuck info stickers at the top of the blue tinted part of the windscreen! I drive a Nissan Juke which I'm happy with but will not buy another Nissan after the attitude to my customer feedback.

I ordered a 2010 Tiida from Japan, and I can't wait for it to arrive. Its gotten really good reviews in Trinidad and Tobago, and with gas prices increasing, a basically new car that doesn't use a lot of fuel is a blessing. More money to go places and do fun stuff.

I'm sure if your friend left the car in neutral on a slope and went and opened the trunk & it ran him over, you'd blame the car as well :-)

I owned one. it's comfortable to drive, smooth, very, very spacious, fit 8 people at most ( Asian ) and luxurious with it's sporty looks. I added a 17 inch sport rim. looks great with it's original sport body kit. love it!

its realy just a cheap car from india, with a nissan badge glue'd on the grill. the new suzuki alto is exatly the same as this,to save money they use the same body.
