I DO NOT recommend the NV5S! I bought a brand new one Sep 2024 & within first month, I noticed 3 or 4 stuck keys, after pressing them continuously, no sound came out, they were mute. After several more days, additional keys were sticking. I called Kawai (5 yr warranty) & 6 wks later, I am still waiting for them to find a local technician to come repair. I am in Texas. Very disappointed.
Can't wait until his Album comes out in October 2025 if not sooner!🎶❣️
