I'm running the amp directly into my PC via USB and then using Boss Tone Studio software for messing with tone and sound.

Thanks! I just record a backing track of the song and then add a new track for my guitar and then go back and play over/along with the song while recording the new track.

@@TheMurderBerry possibly, joking aside, Wayne Static was cool, lots of synth programming involved during production, and he had to keep his riffs on the playability side because of the splitting of brain power for the simultaneous vocals.

@matthewjones6836 For sure, I was really bummed he passed away so early. I listened to these guys a lot when I was a kid, definitely one of the first bands that got me into metal music.

@TheMurderBerry lol k I'm not super familiar with deftones I've listened to a bit of their stuff but not much. What song do you think would best be adapted to deathcore. I know they have some pretty heavy older shit.

@@BradyPalmer686 Haha, if you're actually down to try I would say When girls telephone boys is the best song to do with metal style vocals, second choice would be the song Elite which is giga nu-metal. If you do this you realize the goth girls are going to strike you down with great vengeance and furious anger, lol.

L.D. 50 and Lost and Found were some absolute bangers for child me. I think some heavy covers of these guys songs would be fun as fuck, so whip em out boi. Some of the dudes from Carcosa did a deathcore-ish cover of Dig and it was fire.

Thanks! Sadly I do not, Sunami doesn't really have tabs out so I've had to do everything by ear. And, my ADHD brain probably couldn't handle writing out one myself.

I actually plan on covering that sometime, I've got a few other songs I'm going to record a cover for first though. Can't just let myself devolve into nothing but a Sunami cover channel.
