There could be air in the hose. Or if the hose is too long then have to arrange it and play with it to see what position would be good.

Soap is quit thick and ti make it come out easily and foam, we added water. I think there are liquid soap I think made for these too where you don’t have to add water.

We tried various budget friendly option but we did not like any so we have not put any video out there. We have just used concrete blocks for our mom to go in but have still have to find a easier and cheaper solution to get out. 😂 We will post it once we figure it out. @@siasgal62 thanks for your comment. Glad it helped. We basically put all the pool parts in one big jar and store it in one place in the garage. That way every time we need it we know where to look. That is very important as these filter hoses keeps breaking. Happy pool time.

@@EclecticIdeas thank you so much for responding and that’s an excellent idea. What I meant was while using your pool, where is your pool plug, as it looked like it was enclosed in some type of housing. I’m concerned with this plug getting wet. Thank you.

@@siasgal62 we only use the pool plug when trying to change the hose or for cleaning. But usually the plug is out of the pool.

My mistake, after reading comments on Amazon, customers say it does come hosecand fittings.

@@tomwilliams3991 I just verified my order and that’s the one we ordered. But I can see another one with Hose and Adapter B Replacement Parts. But you can always return it if it’s not the correct one.

@@princesspedew673 we just use the Lylmle light. You can get it with cord or cordless ones that you can just put it inside. Then we remove it after we are done to recharge it. 😊

If you use the built in function it purées it. But you can play with the manual blend function to change the texture. More you blend the more purée it becomes. Hope that helps. Even in auto when we don’t want it to blend too much we just press the off button. 😊

If your pump looks like ours then it cannot do sand. This one requires you to use a filter cartridge. Sand filter is usually bigger and has a bigger container to hold sand and is more powerful. 😊

@@benstovall9392 do you hear the pump running? You should hear something if the motor is running. If nothing maybe just unplug and plug it back and press the reset button. Or else the motor may have run out.

This pump should not empty the pool. If you need to empty the pool then there is an opening at the bottom of the pool, or you can use a sump pump. This pump is just for filtration.

@@billyw9746 we have not had any problem with the extension cord but we have gotten comments on other video not to use the 13 gauge. So we recently bought 12 gauges but yet to try it. But we have not had issues so far. But we are no electrician, may want to check with them. 😊

@@hobibunny3365 this pump is not that strong so we have to run it for 6-8 hours or more for our pool. The filter should trap the dirt but if it’s not doing it then may you can start out by making sure no air is in the hose?
