This is a HD telecine from Fotokem in LA. It's 1080p24 but pillarboxed so effective resolution''s1440x1080p. Apple ProRes 4:2:2 file. I really like the switar primes, they are very compact and though I haven't done any side-by-side comparisons I can definitely tell they're noticeably sharper than the zooms from the era. From what I've read, Ultra16 looks like a cool way to go if you're deciding to go for a wider aspect ratio, though you'd have to make sure your lenses cover the whole frame.
