      Same here 🙂 as indeed, it's a very good game with huge replayability potential - selecting a different game makes it different, in terms of gameplay and corresponding strategies needed to beat it. Also much more difficult 🙂BTW I prefer this particular version to other ones laso for the reason, that I managed to tip the counter over the 9999 mark twice already (though both times in GAME 01 mode).

      I concur, as I recall having been really amazed by the graphics, back in the day. Yes, today I see how simple it all is, in fact I think I could program it in VB.NET over a weekend. However, considering the computers of the era, I still find it admirable, that someone could put together such a game - there's rooms to explore, items to collect and all that while having to fight a bit, every now and then. I think what adds to the thrill is, that this was released under the name of (the one and only) Bruce Lee, otherwise it might not have been so famous (though I think it would have still been very popular). I still play this one, ocassionally, just to relax while reliving my childhood for a few minutes.

      @@buffalodebill1976 Slovenia truly sounds amazing! I’ve heard incredible things about the Julian Alps, and I can only imagine how breathtaking it must be to explore them on a motorcycle. With a better camera next time, your footage is going to be on another level! Speaking of which, I’m really curious-what are your future plans with your beautiful channel? @@আমাদেরগল্প333 Slovenia is incredible, indeed, I really can't recommend it high enough as a motorcycling (& hiking & mountaineering) destination. And Julian Alps specifically are that kind of a place, where I always feel that warmth around my heart, when I return there. To me, it's as if the flow of life as such was different there.. It's hard to describe, as those impression I get while motorcycling are really specific to me, and are very intimate and abstract. Camera has been the weakest item in my motorcycling itinerary for years.. I tried a few, some better, some worse, but the recent one.. Having post-processed most of the videos from this year and watched the result - the utter vanity of that "let's fix" action - made me already decide to go for a GoPro (or something similar) for next season. Frankly, I bought the recent camera purely out of curiousity - my though was "how much will a '1080P HD' labelled, made in PRC cam suck in real life - let's find out" - and considering it cost me only some 15EUR.. No big deal, but yes, I'm a bit sad that this year's videos are of such a poor quality. As one of my friends humorously said, it's a potato cam, while the lens is celery and the microchip is broccoli 😀 Channel plans? None 🙂 I'll be adding motorycling videos during the summer period - which is ending here right around these days - and hopefully get back to making some music again (as I finally finished my home mini-studio). And a bit of retro-gaming, which won't be anything special, just sporadic uploads of me enjoying my leisure time, just like I do now.

    Nope not reckless. You weren’t even leaned over so you could have easily taken the inside line. They had a line and used it and could probably have swept back in easily. The geometry of sports bikes gives them superior cornering to a cruiser.

      Again. PUBLIC road. BAD (to no) visibility into the corner. MY ride. Tell me, and be honest - you do really think I should have watched my rear ALL THE TIME just to avoid someone AT THAT ONE TIME who was disrespecting traffic rules / own safety / common sense / safety of people around / going above the limit etc.. - ??? Do you seriously want to say I and my GF should have done something to accomodate & mitigate the VERY BAD RIDING of those two idiots? I hope you're not meaning it. If so.. Well, mhm.. No.

    • @GodzillaGoesGaga
      @GodzillaGoesGaga 2 місяці тому

      @@buffalodebill1976 PUBLIC road. Correct. The median was split lines, they were LEGALLY allowed to overtake slower traffic. They did. They were further out and had a longe line of visibility. You’re just showing your inexperience here. Maybe you should do a track day ?

    • @GodzillaGoesGaga
      @GodzillaGoesGaga 2 місяці тому

      @@buffalodebill1976 I think you should have been aware of the traffic behind and just let them pass knowing they were faster and probably more nimble than you. There’s nothing wrong with going slower but don’t complain if someone overtakes you, especially if they know the roads. I see this a lot where I am and there are some amazing riders. I let them go and keep tight lines if I’m going relatively slowly. If I’m doing sports stuff I’m on it very quickly and I’m gone. It’s the nature of different motorcycles. Sports bikes have a major advantage to cruisers. CofG is lower, mass is lower, aerodynamics are better, power is higher, wheelbase is shorter, tyres/tires are more rounded for lower leaning, brakes are better, etc.

    • @GodzillaGoesGaga
      @GodzillaGoesGaga 2 місяці тому

      BTW, I’m very aware of cruisers and Harley riders since they typically don’t lean as much since they hit their floorboards. Not to say they can’t ride fast because there are some amazing Harley riders too. But generally most Cruisers don’t lean as much as sports bikes. When I overtake them I usually consider the line they are on too an make sure there is enough room for both motorcycles. I don’t commit to blind corners. But I do know how fast I can sweep a corner and a line. Sports bikes have a lot better acceleration too. It’s deceptive. I get 0-60 in 3.2s. A cruiser is typically in the upper 4’s and loses its powerband higher up, whereas sports bike gain power higher up in the rev band. Just pointing out the difference which I’m sure you’re aware of. I know you have seen an accident which is why you are maybe more sensitive but you can’t tar everyone with the same brush. Experience plays heavily into this. For all you know these motorcyclists might be professional riders out for a fun day!

      @@GodzillaGoesGaga It is NOT my duty to always check my rear and avoid riders like these - rather, it is THEIRS to ride so that they do not endanger aynone else on the road - including themselves. That means THEM slowing down a bit and waiting for a spot with better visibility a/o a longer straight (as I wrote and you can see at the end of the video, there was one right before the left U-turn and even one shortly thereafter).

      Possibly, but believe it or not, I hope for the "NOT", if you know what I mean. Yes, I'd rather meet those idiots in 5 years after they realize TODAY's misatkes of theirs (possibly making their idiocy a bit lesser - ?), then having to read about their accident afterwards.. Please allow me to tell a personal, first-hand story to explain that: I've been THERE a few years ago, when similar-style-riding dude crashed some two or three turns in front of me (after passing me in a style reminiscent of that in this video - I did not see the crash itself) and I and my GF (sitting on the rear seat on my bike) were the first to arrive to the accident and check on him AFTER the accident. I do have THE medical education, so I did the CPR (yes, he was "off" already) and a few other "let's save a life" things (breathing, body position, etc..) while my GF first held the phone close to me (as I was talking to the paramedics, who were on their way) and then helped organize the traffic from one particular direction, where the TURN did not enable seeing into it - making sure all of us were safe. We managed to resuscitate and even stabilize the guy. Then the paramedics arrived and the guy was taken to a hospital via a helicopter, where (as far as I know) he underwent multiple surgeries. All successful, luckily. The guy survived, slowly recovered, and went back to riding - after some 2 years. Unfortunately, he did not learn THE LESSON, not even this FUCKING hard way - by which I mean empirically. He parished in a crash, and coincidentally, at the same mountain pass. I do not know the details beyond what the newspapers wrote about it - and unfortunately no-one does - but I fear it was "I'm immortal" careless & reckless (@colindean8261 - thank you 😙) speed-too-high riding. So despite the fact I realize that the "I only saw 2 idiots riding slow.." gentleman or the 'school-bus question' genius are quite STUPID (at least per their questions here), I hope they DO live long enough to realize the bad thinking and update their selves, in terms of ACTIONS and CONSEQUENCES. LbnL thanks for the comment, it's one of those that made me think (and elaborate upon) a bit more than usual.. Thumbs up, brother. Ride hard & ride safe.

    • @buffalodebill1976
      @buffalodebill1976 2 місяці тому

      Fun first - this was in Austria, not in Australia 🙂 and the speed limit (on this particular part of the road) was 70kmh 🙂 For portions of this road, it's even forbidden to overtake (though I'm unsure if it applied here, frankly). Now to the serious stuff.. That law you mentioned - yes, it is on in some EU countries as well, but it is, without exceptions, applied to highways and motorways, not curvy mountain passes. Please think about that for a second, I trust you get to understand the reason why. Also, when you think about the law itself, especially in regards to motorcycles - where high-speed a/o any mistake can have much more serious consequences than they would in a car - it is much more dangerous to try to ride above one's comfort, "I feel safe" kind of a (speed) level. Here, my GF felt safe riding at this speed (some 50kmh), which indeed was slower than I'd do by myself, or even with her in the rear seat, but I respected her choice of pace - and I would do the same even if I would not know who she was. It's just about mutual respect and a little bit of care for the others.

Those folks could - and should - have waited a few moments (for the straight before the left U-turn at the end of the video - or for the longer straight some mere 200 meters after that) and only then performed that overtaking maneouvre - and there, both myself and my GF (whom I let ride in front of me to be able observe her riding technique) would have moved to the right a bit to make it even easier for them.

BTW my Atari 800XL had a few upgrades - primarily the CompyShop RAM enhancement (+256kB), which made the 800XL beast present itself with a whopping 320kB. On top of that, I had a three-way switch installed, so I could go for three distinct modes (standard Atari OS with 64kB of RAM, same OS but with 320kB and finally the Q-Meg OS) and lastly, a built-in custom TT-DOS chip, so it could have been loaded to RAM at boot. Truly, these turned the 800XL into a powerhouse of a computer. Thanks, but I'm not happy with the sound of drums.. Too Casio-ish 😀 Today I finally updated my SW in regards to that - so feel free to check one drunk-made Jimi Hendrix "redneck" rendition ;-)

      Will they let you post the same thing twice? I have to redo 2 of my videos.

      @@RandyR I don't see why not.. I presume, that on a very basic check level, YT algorithms consider anything uploaded by the same 'creator' as a new video, as long as the name is unique. That's why I put in V1 and V2, just to differentiate.

      If google translate worked well, my answer would be 'Beatles forever' - all their tunes shall live eternally 🙂

    Far out, I could make you a groovy psychedelic video for this. Thought I had better ask first. Am an aging hippie in some strange world now ✌

      Thank you. Recently, I was working on updating my SW to produce drums resembling a real-life set, as the current drum-set sounds a bit like some cheap Casio one 😀 Finally, today, I'm posting a portion of my 'redneck' version of a famous Jimi Hendrix tune I got to record lately.. (yeah, I was drunk like hell 😀)
